  What? You're wasting your time and our tests of the form features HTML5 on any version prior to version 4. There is no support for the required attribute in Firefox 3.6.x.

  Model of language as far as I KNOW the required value to include a "*" against the label. It is an indication to the user that it is a required column. As well as, you must assign the value "required" in the settings section of the 'Yes'.

  You can't do it directly, but there is a workaround solution. Create a (hidden) text field and set it as required. As a custom text field calculation script, enter the following code:

  This will prevent the submitted document if "Check Box1" is unchecked. The downside is that the box will not be underlined in red when validation fails, but at least the record will not submit partially filled in.

  Alternatively, you can write you own validation script, which can provide a comprehensive report which fields have yet to be filled before submitting the file.

  I made a form that required me to add a few custom fields.  When the form sends an email, custom fields appear as "Custom".  I need them to say what is the form field.  Can we achieve this by Muse?

  I tried to change the name of the script in DreamWeaver, but it caused the form to fail.

  I am very new for PDF forms and thought I was getting better.  I'm create forms of Word documents and need to make frequent changes to the PDF form after that I have recorded because I'm still learning.  I thought I read somewhere that you should be able to change the properties of a field after saving a copy, but that did not work.  I forgot to uncheck "Ahmed multi field" and the need to set in my text boxes but I can't change.  I continue to recreate the formula over and over again on the Word doc.

  Save a copy, it is required to change the form when you have distributed the form or registered as a Reader extended PDF. In this case, if you want to add scrolling functionality to a tool to "Prepare the form" field then go in (in DC) to the title of the Toolbox on the right.

  

  On this screen, select the file and click Start. Double-click on the field and go to the 'Options' tab check the appropriate box.

  Assuming you are using Acrobat (or reader) XI or newer, it is no longer possible.

  There used to be a way to connect to a PDF file using a script and ADBC, a DB defined locally, but Adobe removed in favour of this option progressively and now it is completely obsolete.

  The only type of PDF files that can still do are those created using LiveCycle Designer.

  All types of fields in a standard (i.e. not XFA) PDF form are accessible if - and only if - properly tag.

• Can I copy the contents of a form field to another field with toggle checkbox?

  Would it not possible to copy the contents of a form field to another field in the form once a checkbox is disabled?

  I have several form fields that require form-fill to enter their initials.  Rather than repeat this 20 - 30 times on a form, they would like to be able to write their initials somewhere and that their initials copy in another form with a checkbox Toggle field.

  So, I have a field called 'initial' and each of the original boxes are "init_entry1" "init_entry2" etc.

  The boxes for these areas are "check_entry1" "check_entry2" etc.

  This would be possible with scripts?  Or are there better ways to accomplish the initial AutoComplete with a checkbox toggle?

  You can use a code like this in the MouseUp event of your box:
