research problems internet iPad from iOS 9.2 update

Hello

Since updating to iOS 9.2 on my iPad I have trouble looking in the internet. After the reboot of the iPad a search will work perfectly well, all searches will be either requires really long or give me a timeout message.

Tested browsers: Safari, Firefox, and Terra - all updated to the latest version

testing of search engines: Google, DuckDuckGo and Ixquick

In Firefox I can solve this problem by closing the tab and deleting history and cookies after every search. It does not help in Safari and Terra. For browsers, I have to restart the iPad. The problem began last week after I did the update of the system. At that time where Firefox was not installed at all - I did it hoping to find a browser that would work better with iOS 9.2. The only other apps that I installed last week were Onleihe and Bluefire Reader. I uninstalled both, that does not solve the problem. So I think there must be a bug in the update of iOS.

Does anyone have similar problems?

Thank you
