Resettlement and transfer of license

Have a Toshiba computer, including windows xp media failed to install in all circumstances (safe mode, last known configuration, etc.), still working under Linux.  Bought a new computer to Windows7.  Old computer includes all data for outlook, etc.  You always want to use the outlook 2003 program that was on the old computer (store bought software, have drive and code), still can not use it until the deactivation of old copy on the old computer.  Looking for options on what to do.  The options are:

1 reload OEM Windows XP Media on the old computer.  Question: where there is no disc, I heard there is a possibly hidden partition that could be used.  If so, how?

2. is there another way to uninstall Outlook 2003 on the old computer, if I can't access Outlook on the old computer?

Thanks in advance for the help.

There is nothing don't you install Office / Outlook 2003 on your new PC, always assuming that you have uninstalled first from any evaluation as well as its Assistant of Activation - your old PC does not work, that's why the uninstallation is not necessary, and there is no deactivation process.

Your PC of Tosh, was delivered with the restore disks or have a hidden partition, how you access all hidden partition fell to Tosh, you must visit the Tosh site, specific to your model, for all the instructions.

The final question is that you need to recover data files, because you obviously didn't have to back up data, and if so it may be advisable to do this before trying to repair Windows XP, as the use of any Windows XP recovery would likely destroy everything on the disc
