  I've seen this happen when opening a program via a shortcut (for example. LNK file), you are asked what type of program to open it with. • How can I make the output size of "Web" animate CC to adapt in an HTML page?

  In animate CC, I've set the width and height of the canvas as 720px 650px X. It doesn't seem to be an option per cent.

  One possible cause is security software (firewall, antivirus) that prevents or limits Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.

  Delete all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container in the permissions list in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.

  I would say you rebuild the icon cache and check if the problem persists.

  a. press the keyboard Windows logo key combination + R to bring up the Run dialog box.
  b. type cmd and press ENTER to open the command prompt window.
  c. in the command prompt window, type the following commands pressing ENTER after each line:
  Taskkill /f /im explorer.exe
  attrib-h "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\IconCache.db.
  del "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\IconCache.db.
  Explorer.exe

  d. this restart Windows Explorer and rebuild the cache icons as needed.

  Test the issue in a new user account.
