  I recommend you try these methods

  Method 1:

  Reset the wireless network and make sure that you set the level of security to WPA2-Personal, as it is recommended.

• HP officejet 6500 has E710 trying to print maps to 5x11.5. Continue to be "paper size mismatch.

  I'm using a computer laptop windows 7 and printing by using word.  OfficeJet 6500 a E710 printer can't print as needed.  Get a "paper size disparity."  The paper is 5 "x 11.5".  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  According to the specifications of the Officejet 6500 a, sx11.5 is not a supported paper size. According to me, that is why you get paper mismatch message. You see this error when you print other sizes?

  I use an imac OSX 10.8.4.   My Officejet 5610v throws a 'Paper Mismatch' message and do not print envelopes #10.  I print the envelopes in the paper and the printer recognizes not only of the envelope.  Is there any solution for this?

  Thanks for the quick response.  In fact, I cleaned the 5610v per the instructions in the manual and after much work it works.  The transformed into 'paper jam' error message on its own.  I cleaned it really well, front and the removable back panel with a damp cloth and a dry cloth.  I gave him a superficial cleaning that does no good.  The real cleaning is the secret.  The printer will print cardstock (that he did not for years), envelopes and perform through the exemplary status bar, too.  I didn't need to install drivers because I'm under Apple Mountain Lion, 10.8.4.

• Satellite Pro L650 - unable to connect to the wireless network

  I just bought a SatPro L650 (Intel i5) with welcome window 7 2 weeks and struggled to connect to internet. Each time it gives me the 'Network security Key Mismatch' message. I used the WPA/WEP key found under my Thompson router. Despite the advice to use Cap Lock still does not work. When I connect the router using the (yellow) Ethernet cable for the new laptop, I have no problem with the evaluation of the internet.

  I desperately need help and hope somebody can advice me how to overcome this problem in secular terms step by step (sorry I'm not a savy TI). Or is there a setting that I need to do on both the new laptop, as well as on my desktop (connected to the router).

  my screen resolution is turning always to the maximum setting: 1280 x 800 pixels. When I go to properties > settings and I change the resolution, a message says that I need to reboot the system. While restarting, when I see my desktop, it changes immediately on setting 1280 x 800. Is there a way to change this? I understand the system cannot support a higher resolution, but changing to a lower resolution should work, no?

• PhotoSmart 6520: unable to connect to the site w / wireless

  I recently had an unsolvable problem with my Photosmart 6520 involving his inabilaty to print photos.  It has now almost completely off.  I use it with my desktop (using WIN XP) and two other laptops in the House (the one with WIN 7, the other with 8)

  Last week, we noticed that it's no longer access wireless.  The two laptops showed that it among their devices, but he showed in offline mode.  After being unable to reset it online, I deleted the WIN phone 7 to to see if I could find him.  He is unable to do so.  The machine to WIN 8 had no better luck.

  I don't know if the two problems are related, and while I rarely print from the laptop, I'm worried that it may be symptomatic of a breakdown coming in the opposite direction.

  Earlier today, he gave a paper size mismatch message when I tried to run a normal report for the main tray.  I ran diagnostics on this topic and got to resume printing, but I see the smear of ink on the edges of a few leaves.

  I understand that, as well as a print quality problem, you are also not able to print wirelessly with your all-in-one Photosmart HP 6520. Now, I previously working with you on the following thread: Photosmart 6520 refuses to print photos and had exhausted all efforts to solving the problems with you. In the end, I had to refer you to our queue of Technical Support for the hardware support that your product has met a hardware failure, from which it cannot recover from.

  Part of our troubleshooting was to run a semi Full Reset. We had done that on March 2, 2015. If you remember, this semi Full Reset resets all the settings of your printer. This includes wireless information. Therefore, the wireless feature will need to be reconfigured from scratch on your product. The printer should also be added to each computer that you use with to re-establish the wireless connection.

  If you still want to attempt to reconfigure and reinstall your printer wireless, I can provide you with these steps. But your product is defective. Therefore, things will continue to act on you until you get that fix the printer or replace it with another model.

  Normally, it is thanks to sensors of paper in the paper from the printer tray. If the paper sensors are dirty, damaged or blocked, then the printer will display a paper or paper Mismatch message.

  The media actually contains adio. What caused this and how can I solve this problem?

  And here's the fix:

  1. Download MPEG Streamclipand unzip it - no installation required. The latest beta version is fine.
  2. Open one of the files broken in MPEG Streamclip.
  3. Select file > save as and select a new location to save. You probably want to keep the same as the original file name (this is the default).
  4. Click OK.
  5. Profit!

  That's really all there is to it. MPEG Streamclip is splitting the file open, extract the video and audio streams and timecode and then write them in a new QuickTime MOV file. Not again - encoding files are identical (Finally, part video, audio and time code anyway) to the originals. Simply repeat this process for each file; If you select list > batch list, you can put it all at the same time and let the batch to take over once you're done.

  A little stupid simple, huh?

  When I send pictures from my phone to the printer via x, I get a printer "Paper Mismatch" error message.

  Paper size or type.

  Yet when I check the settings it is on A4, which is the book that I use.

  Could someone tell me what I need to do to fix this problem?

  The question is in works for printing with the PhotoSmart printer line.  When you send a photo printing via ePrint, ePrint will automatically print to the photo tray.  At the moment there is no way to change this.  To print a photo to paper ordinary via ePrint, you put the paper in the photo tray, I would not recommend it because it was not designed to handle this type of paper.

  When I try to print a regular 8 1/2 x 11 paper, I get an error message that says "paper mismatch: paper size or type is incorrect."   Please try the procedure on the fron printer below Panel.

  1. Press SETUP, then
  2. Touch TOOLS, then
  3. Touch RESTORE to the FACTORY DEFAULT

  Now try printing.

• Paper mismatch error message

  When you attempt to print a photo, I get a paper mismatch error.  Uses a macbook pro 10.6.  This is a new printer Photosmart C309.  Loading paper photo 4 x 6 supplied with the printer... right side up... pushed forward and plastic cursor rolls over to the right... I try to print from iPhoto... selected photo... Press on print and selected photo 4 x 6-10 x 15... When I hit the "print"... key photo paper is slipped into the printer and then a few seconds later, I get paper mismatch error. Have printed docs full-size without problem.  Any help to be more appreciated... I did go to the HP website and download the latest drivers for this printer and osx 10.6.  Have checked all the settings in the system prefs under print and scan and see nothing wrong

  Interesting... I was not choosing photo but that did not work... I selected auto and press on print and a message came up on the viewer of the printer that says something to the service that the automatic detection of paper was selected and went ahead and printed the photo... I tried to get the message coming up again in order to be correct in what he says, but it won't come back again.  Thank you very much for your help... printed 4 photos and they are all 'professional' looking... I'll take advantage of this printer.  Once again, thank you!

• HP 2000-369WM laptop PC: Message 'resolution is less then 1200 x 900 '.

  My screen resolution is set at the recommended setting of 1366 x 768 but a message yellow triangle "your resolution is less then 1200 x 900"  Some elements could not fit on your screen. "Some of my programs, such as Roxio programs stateing messages my resolution is less than 1200 x 900 and will not work.  My slides and video appear to work well.  I set the resolution for different contexts over 1200 x 900, but nothing helped.

  Have you tried to update the currently installed driver in Device Manager?

  Did you run the HP Support Assistant to make all new pilots?

  Have you tried;

  • Uninstall the driver
  • Reboot the laptop twice
  • Reinstall the driver?

  Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant, if you need it. Simply download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system that need updated.

  Update Windows 10 drivers will become available on 2000-369WM HP drivers and Downloads Pageyour product. They will be released as soon as they are available for HP.

  This problem occurred after you had upgraded to Windows 10 or it was happening before?

  Have you done all your Windows updates?

  I have included a recommendation of troubleshooting of Microsoft below.

  

  I was doing some research on the matter for you to find solutions as much as possible. I came across someone else who had a similar problem. They wrote to Microsoft and there is also a reply here with attached troubleshooting, you could try. The post is called If your resolution is less than 1280 x 960, some items may not match the screen.
