• Is the Surface Pro 3 i3 powerful enough to HAVE?

  I am looking to buy a Surface Pro 3 (or model not Pro), model cheaper i3/4 GB of RAM.
  My concern is that I work with a lot of large images or many effects that tend to drag my laptop current (i7, 16 GB of RAM) or flat to the unrasterizable; some of the images I work with tend to crash HAVE entirely and make it inapplicable. This could just be a problem with CS5, I guess, but before I drop money on a new tablet, I want to know if it's good enough.

  I know that the Surface Pro 3, even the i3 model, is supposed to work quite well with AI, but I want to know how he handles more intensive work.   The answer to your query may be contradictory. Technically a core i7 machine with more memory should work better than a core i3 with less memory, as mentioned by Monika. It also depends on the age of the machine, as you mentioned your laptop is old, there may be some hardware problems or software on it.

  I suggest you to go for a machine with at least 8 GB of RAM and possibly core i7 processor for intensive work in artificial intelligence.

  Had the same problem. I reviewed the Microsoft forum. We need to plug the power adapter into the dock Surface Pro 3 It will not work by the Surface Pro 3 battery alone. Solved my problem. It would be nice if I could use the dock as well mini display port and the port of the display at the same time surface. Did not work. If you have had the branch dock and still no problem, then MS noted for updating with the surface in the dock.

• Mirroring the Surface Pro 2 on KDL60R520A

  We have a Surface Pro 2 (SP2) and a HD Sony KDL60R520A TV.  I think that the two devices are enabled Miracast.  So it should not be possible to mirror wireless SP2 on the KDL60R520A without adapter?  SP2 detects KDL60R520A but request WPS PIN of the KDL60R520A supposedly (on the TV or in the documentation).  I can't find this PIN anywhere on the KDL60R520A or in its documentation.  Can you help me find the PIN code or figure out how (or it is possible to) complete this process?  Thanks in advance for your help.

  Hello.  Please check more details.  Yes, the KDL60R520A (Miracast-enabled Display) input has been set to mirror screen.  'Built-in wireless LAN' has been activated on the KDL60R520A and the Wifi is 'ON' on the Surface Pro 2...  SP2 recognizes the KDL60R520A as a screen "wireless", but trying to connect the two SP2 requires the 'WPS PIN"of the KDL60R520A (how can I insert a screenshot in this post?).  No PIN code appears on screen display mirroring (or any where that I can find).  The KDL60R520A said only: "Waiting for connection to Wi - Fi device.»  Please connect this TV from your Wi - Fi device. »

  I want to install adobe creative suite on my surface pro but my program is on 2 DVDs.   The surface pro isn't an installer from the dvd.   I tried to copy the files on the dvd on my other computer and transfer them to the pro surface; but it only allows me to start installation then invites me to insert the next dvd.

  Can I download Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection on the internet and then simply insert my license numbers there?

  Really appreciate some help here.    I was told when I bought this pro surface that I would be able to download Cs6 here.

  Elements does not support 3D, and I doubt that it is running correctly on a Surface.

  Dell provides no information for installed webcams which makes it impossible to find or see if the real drivers are provided the manufacturing (they could even provide some sort of camera app to set up and take photos). Who knows?
  Device Manager displays only the information of default built-in webcam and drivers Microsoft.
  The default camera app Windows 8 is archi-nu and does not provide parameters improved.

  You might want to try Cyberlink YouCam Mobile. Never tried but I checked in there just now and saw that the resolution was one of the parameters. Not sure if it is already in the free version or not.
  Other applications of the free camera maybe the settings as well.
  Just check out some and you'll see.

Fonts and Photoshop CC menus are size 'proper' or good; However, the Bridge menu, fonts, etc. are all the very small. I tried going to CC Photoshop and change the user interface scaled to 200. This has not fixed it. I also played with the font size and that has not worked. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Photoshop and bridge CC with no luck (and included a system reboot). Does anyone have a solution for this?

• pressure on the surface pro 3 sensitivity

  I wanted to start animation to animate for years now and adobe seems to be the best software to use, but I guess not, since the pressure sensitivity doesn't work on surface 3 pro and does not appear again. Is it possible for me to get to work by downloading something? If so, please be very descriptive because some people say yes "just download the Wintab drivers" I do not KNOW HOW to DO THIS. I hope someone out there can help.

  Animate CC is a Wintab based application and requires drivers WinTab detect and work with pen pressure and Tilt. You can see the Microsoft Troubleshoot Microsoft Surface Pen with two side buttons page to download and install the WinTab drivers.

• Modifiers on the Surface Pro 3

  Did I miss something or typing alt, shift, or ctrl does not work on a surface of 3 pro?  Of course I'm talking about the software keyboard not the physical one.  For example: how would we go about the selection of several layers without attaching a physical keyboard? Most of the time I'm pretty happy on the device and get a "full version" of photoshop on a tablet. Guys good job. Someone please tell me I'm missing just something really obvious.

  Windows 8 has a feature in the settings that allow you to use the "keyboard".  When you enable this option the row of icons that have been brought to the top when you click on the keyboard icon in the task bar will allow you to select the keyboard 101 full keys.  I can't provide a screenshot so you may need to consult a web search - if you have trouble finding this option in the settings.
