  I use a Tecra M2, with GeForce FXGo5200, Win XP (patched), latest graphic driver 4.6.4.4.
  Problem:
  There is no possibility to standard resolution 1400 x 1050 to the external monitor.

  1600 x 1200 (and higher), 1280 x 1024 and many others are available in a long list, but the one I need for the Samsung 203 b is missing - even if "no longer view the resolutions not taken in charge" in the monitor display properties is disabled.
  According to the manual of T2, 1400 x 1050 is supported.

  Tested with 1600 x 1200 on a different monitor and it works perfectly.
  Interesting: If I uninstall the graphics driver, I can go to 1400 x 1050, so from a technical point of view, it should work.

  Work without graphics driver is no alternative.
  If anyone has had this problem or knows how to force the pilot to switch to 1400 x 1050?

  Supported by this resolution, but it seems that this resolution was not in the graphics card drivers.
  I put t know why the factory doesn't graphics driver includes some resolutions to this software but if it s are not so I guess there's nothing to see. :(

  I have a P100-188 and fonts on the office and Internet icons display very well, however the fonts displayed in message boxes look terrible, looks like they are displayed in low resolution, you can see practically every pixel that make up the letters.

  This is really visible with some games I've played, as UFO: Afterlight and supreme commander. The games look good, but the menus for the said games are terrible.

  Nobody else this remark on their machines and is it current with windows and LCD screens?

  I tried R119714 and R126542 of the d/o files, but cannot get them to install because - "one or more files is missing or corrupt...". "I don't even know if these files are relevant.

  What can I do to get the 1600 x 900 at 60 hZ in Win8 it please?

  I have some Steelworkers in the main window on the 4 k screen.

  the second screen is 1920 x 1050 resolution and I use it for all Menu bars...

  problem:

  When I move the menus from the 4 k to the second screen, everything had zoomed to 250% or something...

  in all the other adobe CC I programs usw (Indesign, Illustrator...) the menus got a normal zoom when I move to the second screen... Also, I can change "Look a-setup" to the "ILO resolutions" in these programs... In Photoshop, I can't find this option... ?

  So what do you think is the problem? And how to fix it.

  This is a known bug / problem. PS crashes on the main screen to determine the scale of the user interface.

• Resolution blurry and pixelated when importing.  Original is fine.

  I imported a 3 minute MP4 video in Premiere Pro. The original seems well but in the source window, the resolution is blurry and pixelated.  In the program window it is pixelated so I changed the resolution of reading on 'Full', but it does not help. What I need to change the original? or y at - it another way?

  Eureka, I changed the frame rate and the video is now clear (no pixilation).  I did this:

  -In the project window right-click on the name of the video clip

  -Change

  -Film

  -Under the frame rate tab, select "Assume this Frame Rate"

  -Replace the EN you want.  I changed it to 25 and now it comes out clear.

  Thanks for all your suggestions.  It was a quick and easy solution once I found it.

  Reduce the number of pixels for example by factor 10 in each direction.

  The interpolation mode does not matter here. Save as Image-B.

  Expand the number of pixel by factor of 10, but now thanks to interpolation

  the closest neighbouring mode. This preserves the polyhedral structure.

  Save as Image-C.

  A - image and Image-C have the same pixel dimensions. That's why

  they can be used in the form of combined layers.

  I have screenshot just an an ipad3 ipad home screen (with app buttons etc.) and want to place this in indesign as a model for a customer.

  I tried so many variations on the resolution in Photoshop, assuring its seats in 100% in indesign, but it never looks crispy?

  Any suggestions on the size of resolution and pixel would be very appreciated!

  By default, the images you place in InDesign have a low screen resolution, but the resolution is very good in printing or edition. Click on the image and choose a screen high resolution.

• High resolution monitor and VMware Workstation, causing the system to hang

  I usually like VMware / WS... I used VMware / WS for many years with problems little / not serious - until recently.

  I'm under WS 6.5.1 on MS/Windows/XP/Pro/SP2 (host), and 2 guests of virtual machines: RHEL4 and MS/Windows/XP/PRO.

  Recently I bought a SAMSUNG T260 (1920 x 1200) high-resolution screen - I really like (I also used SAMSUNG monitors for many years with little / no serious problems).

  Currently, I am frequently (several times a day) see the two VMware / WS (all guests) and my XP any host COMPLETELY FREEZES up.  The only way out of this is perhaps a shutoff of the system and then restart.

  Needless to say it is (IMHO) a OFF THE CHARTS SERIOUS PROBLEM... with all fingers pointing to VMware / WS (TBD).

  Previously, I was running on a HP low resolution screen 1280 x 1024.  I can run for days/months/still without seeing the problem above.

  Also, I believe many/most/all lower resolution monitors is likely no other problems (be it).

  This is a 'system to freeze the scenario:

  1 pass to MS/Win/XP vm host RHEL (mode full-screen)

  2. press quickly on full screen non-plein screen

  3. If I do the above too fast my entire army system freezes up.

  Any body else see something like that?  Any ideas/help/suggestions will be appreciated.

  PS/BTW - I've seen this problem originally under 6.0.3

  Are you running the latest drivers for your videocard host?  Video drivers are complex enough that they almost always end up containing pretty serious bugs and VMware video cards use is broad enough for us fires frequently these questions.  If upgrading the drivers didn't help not can you let us know:

  -What graphics card and cpu type is your host machine?

  -Don't you update of tools in two virtual machines?

  -What is your workload, particularly in the XP VM?

  -3D acceleration enabled in the XP VM is?

  I'm editing a timeline R3D 4 k and I have my resolution of program window for the play and pause States put at 1/8th. Whenever I have cut or waving my publishing schedule, the program window displays the head of the clamp and tail images at full resolution. This causes my system to pause for a while before updating. He paused for a few seconds, but seen that happen on each edition becomes very cumbersome. It didn't happen in CS4 (he kept the resolution settings program) and edition was much more fluid. • New hard drive, installed Windows XP PRO version 2002 - resolution screen and internet problems

  My Dell has had some problems (patially due to age), so a buddy of mine and I put a new hard drive in it and then installed windows XP Pro.  Installation went great, but now that it's installed, I can not get the screen resoultion to change and I can't connect to the internet.  I feel like with the internet, can I have a driver problem.  I know that the internet works, I'm on it with the laptop right now.  Any suggestions?

  ????  I'm not sure I understand your question. You download the drivers to a place, you will find them, as the office. If you want to put them on a USB stick, copy the files downloaded to the key and take it to the computer target. Copy the files on the computer desktop. Double-click on a file and it will unpack the installation routine starts. Follow the installation wizard. Reset when said to repeat as needed until all the drivers, etc are installed. Subsequently, you can delete the downloaded files from Dell (from installation .exe). MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!
