The problem arises when a Norton message requires a reboot. It does not get me beyond the point when Windows prompts for a password. The words appear on screen reboot problems ' Customer Service Group Policy has no connect. " "The media is write protected."
I cause the phone to crash in order to activate the Windows repair program. It works but the custody of Norton is disabled. A program Norton Repair heals so that the fault.
I had several chat sessions with Norton, but they now point me to Microsoft saying that it is a Windows program that is related to Norton.

My apologies if I misunderstood your question. When you open a session with an Admin account, able to see the TPM service are you running? Looks like your girls profile is damaged. You may need to create another account.

I understand that you experience connection problems after that you run a Microsoft Update. I would recommend you look at the HP support document: Safe Mode of Windows 8 (8.1 is exactly the same) and the safe boot mode. Once you are in Mode safe I would recommend that you look at and follow the steps in the HP Support document: use Microsoft System Restore (Windows 8) (8.1 is exactly the same) and restore your system a few days before the update that caused you this problem. This will not affect your applications only personal folders that you have installed in the past few days and/or the settings that you have probably changed. You can simply reinstall the applications and/or re - change the settings later.

Please follow the steps below and the automatic repair on your computer.
Auto repair:
(a) when your computer starts, wait for the logo of the manufacturer check the option of start menu, it will usually F12.
(b) the start menu key can be different with each manufacturer. If you are unable to find the start menu button, you can consult the user manual.
(c) to restart the computer, when the manufacturer's logo is displayed, press Start menu option to enter the boot menu and change the DVD ROMboot option.
(d) once you start your computer by using Windows 8 DVD, a black screen appears with the gray text "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD". Press a button on any.
(e) select the exact time and the type of keyboard.
(f) click on repair your computer in the lower left corner
(g) click on Troubleshooting, advanced option and then click on auto repair.

Thank you for your time and effort to get back to us, and I apologize for the delay in responding.
Method 1 step number d makes reference to the present Details tab on the event viewer, where you can get the details of the error. First, search for the error which will be something like Windows cannot process extension Client Strategy Group-side and click on the error and then click the Details tab and make a note of the GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) for the extension defective client-side. For reference, see the screenshot:
Now come to step f number , it indicates the location of the Group Policy Extensions so that you can check if the extensions shown in the case log and the Registry Editor extension have a difference. The path of the GPExtension is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\GPExtensions. For reference, see the screenshot:

I get the error message after restarting my laptop with Vista Home:
Windows could not connect to the Group Policy client service. This problem prevents limited users to logon to the system and administrative user, you can view the log of events system for details why the service did not respond.

So I know there is a lot of info on how to solve this problem, but it CONTINUES to SE. As I'll fix it then after that I closed once or twice going to do EXACTLY the same thing, it gives you the screen with Windows can't connect to the Group Policy Client service. I have windows Pro 8.1 and I never had this problem before. If you guys know how permanently repair this them please say so. I don't like going back trying to set every time. And he started after only a day and then he kept doing the same screen. It would be very useful if you could respond ASAP.

From now on, I recommend you to go through the following methods:
Method 1:
I suggest you perform the SFC scan and check if that helps. The sfc/scannow command analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.
Note: System File Checker is a Windows utility that allows users to find corruptions in Windows system files and restore the damaged files.
After the SFC scan, run Windows Update.
Method 2:
Make sure that all Windows updates are installed on your computer as the issue may occur because of some missing updates for Windows components.
Please follow the steps to install the available Windows updates.
- Press Windows + C, type Windows Update in the start search box, and then click Windows Update in the results pane.
- Click find updates. When the scan finished, click optional review updates.
- Click the check box next to the update, and then click install updates.
- If you are prompted, read the license agreement, then click I agree.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to download and install updates. If you are prompted, restart your computer.
If the problem persists, please answer us with the details of the issue and messages.
