restarting my computer on windows xp load screen when I try to boot from the disc, I get a blue screen can someone help me?

Recently, I restarted my computer and received the following message is displayed:

"We apologize for the inconvenience, but Windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.

If your computer stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly, or was automatically closed down to protect your files and folders, select last good known Configuration to return to the most recent settings that worked.

If a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or because the Power or Reset button has been activated, or if you are not sure what caused the problem, choose Start Windows
Normally.

Safe mode
Safe mode with networking
Safe mode with command prompt

Last good Configuration known (your most recent settings that worked) start Windows normally

Use top and down arrow keys to move the selection of your choice.
.
Seconds until Windows starts: 30 "

After I tried all the options available, but whenever I do it, windows is only a blue Flash of a screen and then brings back me to the same menu over and over again.

I can NOT CONNECT AT ALL even in safe mode (by connection, I mean I can't access the section Office at all - case im explained does not this right). as soon as it reaches the load to windows xp my computer screen restarts as if I am the ' turn off and turn back on.

I tried to perform a repair of Windows through my cd of instalation installation, but it just took me a blue screen saying there was a problem and he had to shut down to avoid damage. He also told me this: * 0x0000000a (0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0 x 00000018, 0x80819b92)

The computer is an emachine and was purchased at a walmart nearly 5 years ago and it worked fine until one day it started to do this. I can't access any of my files or anything. It must be a software problem, because since then I checked all the problems of material possible and found nothing. the result of this is that I can't use my computer. It is a desktop computer and was reliable until it happened. I'm not sure of the cause, and I think it's something wrong with the operating system. I have tried everything I know and need help as soon as possible.

Hi josiahgenesis,

·         Have you been able to launch the repair facility?

Try the following.

Method 1: Try to select disable automatic system failure reboot from the advanced boot menu options to see if it helps.

Method 2: Check to see if the following is useful.
