my monitor went crazy it was on the side and I could not get it back to horizontal, I went levonos rescure, it has solved the problems of monitor, but he took my word of office 7 which was before I used the levono resure system.  photos also that I got on the computer.  also my security system.  I was not able to determine if there is a way to restore the computer before I did the rescue

    Hello carolstoops,

From the description you give, you restore your PC back to factory conditions. By doing this you too wrote everything on your hard drive, including all of your files. Unless you have backups of these files have no way to recover them.

When it comes to Microsoft Office is you will have to re - install this application. I assume you have a Microsoft Office CD to allow you to re - install this app? If you have not then you will not be able to install this unless you buy the latest version of Office, that is, office 2013.

If the monitor change screen mode orientation portrait to landscape mode you can correct it usually by pressing the Ctrl key and one of the up, down, right, left arrow on your keyboard keys. Otherwise, you should have a graphics settings icon in the control panel that will allow you to change the orientation of the screen.

If by that, you mean your device lock password, these powers are separated. ID of BB is the way that you associate your BB to BB - VRD and contains accreditation is very clean, which are separate from your password locking device, your credentials from the account of electronic mail and all other things.

It seems that you do not know your credentials BBID, forcing you to reset the password:

Note carefully that the reset password email is not, for reasons of security, delivered to your BB... so you will need to access non - BB to the e-mail account associated with your BB ID.

  • Link Office disappeared from my favorites in Windows 7 libraries; How to restore?

Yesterday, I inadvertently clicked in the wrong place on my screen of Windows 7 libraries and made my link strongly used for the display of my office disappear from the Favorites in the top box on the left. What should I do to restore that link office here?

I should mention that I store recently downloaded files of particular interest on my desktop as well as all my Photo Albums. After the disappearance of this Office of libraries link, I can no longer drag My, My Documens photo files, etc. on the office. I can't reach also .jpegs in Albums photos for email messages, once again because the office is no longer a visible option.

    Thanks for your help.

  • Time Machine, do not let me restore my emails that have been put on the archive before backup

    Hello

I have made a backup of my emails in Time Machine in August 2014 & wanted to restore to the current version of my Mac OS X 10.11, but unfortunately it is not let me recover those email, please help me how do.

Although you can restore a snapshot of Time Machine messages in the Mail application, it usually will not work with messages that were saved by an outdated version of the mail. In this case, you must use another method.

Please triple - click anywhere in the line below on this page to select:

    ~/Library/Mail

Right-click or Ctrl-click on the highlighted line and select

    Services ▹ Open

the contextual menu.* should open a folder.

Enter Time Machine and scroll to the snapshot that you want to restore from. The folder named "Mail" are appointed "V2" and/or "V3" subfolders (depending on the version of Mac OS X that was used when the snapshot was taken.) Inside of one of these subfolders are several subfolders representing your e-mail accounts. The name refers to the email addresses that you use. Select the account folders you want and then select

    Restoration of the... to the...

in the action menu (gear icon) in the toolbar of the Snapshot window. Restore the files on the desktop and not in their original location.

Import the mailbox in the folders that you restored to the office. The imported messages appear in a new mailbox. Move those you want to keep everywhere where you want and delete the rest. Then, delete the files on the desktop.

    * If you do not see the item context menu copy the selected text in the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination. In the Finder, select

Go ▹ go to the folder...

from the menu bar and paste it into the box that opens by pressing command + V. You won't see what you pasted a newline being included. Press return.

  • Re: Equium A200-1V0: Vista won't load - system restore does not

    Toshiba Equium A200-1V0, purchased January ' 08
    Vista Home Premium

Upgrade office 2007, rebooted fine, saved all the files. I went looking for vista security updates & Office including. Net3.0 - pc crashed during installation. F8 to repair pc & system restore to front office installed. everything seemed well & rebooted ok so I have backed up all critical files.

reinstalled office 2007 & vista hanging on the required reboot.

Try to load in safe mode & vista hangs at crcdisk.sys. It was suggested to remove all pcmcia & 1394 drivers, but the switches/s/p do not work in command prompt so I can't be sure enough to find them all to delete or rename.

F8 for pc repair & while the menu appears, it is very slow to get there.
Startup Repair detects no problem, System Restore won't work, so assuming that restore lost points (there were a few elders before the one I went to). Command prompt will run.

Toshiba has provided a system restore disc, but crashes after language selection. It was suggested that the disk was duff, so I downloaded the ISO to a disk of vista without the extras toshiba restore & that said it is loading & then sits right on the blue/green screen of vista.

I have a basic family official OEM of Vista editing copy for a new machine, I do build, so tried to boot from a full installation of windows (without formatitng) - this also hangs on the blue/green screen of vista. This is my first to face with a laptop without a correct installation disc, so if I format & reinstall the will I lose the recovery partition?

Any other ideas of what to try?

    Hello

I think that it s nothing wrong with the software, but with the hardware
If the reinstallation of Vista is not possible then this could be caused by a hardware problem
I can only suggest on the malfunction of HARD, RAM disk. Everything is possible

If I you would be then I would format the whole HARD drive I would be to delete all partitions and would try to reinstall the operating system from the recovery CD

If it is not possible, then you should ask the ASP in your country for a control from laptop s!

    Good luck

  • Lost all my favorites after my dept IT messed with my computer.

I came this morning and my computer was in place. My Department I.T. staff has spent an hour playing with my computer, and when I got back on my machine, it failed to Mozilla Firefox. They came back and restored to Mozilla, but they lost my favorites and replaced by very old favorites of IE. I don't use IE except when it is required for some programs, if bookmarks are extremely outdated.

How can I return my favorites? I tried all the difficulties that I can find online, but I can't find an archived date before today. Am I missing something somewhere?

I searched the Windows Explorer for all files with the word in them bookmarks. I found my last automated backup from Friday and was able to restore my old favorites. Main problem is trying to find with the instructions found on the Internet, my I.T. Department has disabled being able to find files in AppData. When I found the Friday backup, I copied to my desktop and was able to restore from my office.

I have found a workaround which my I.T. team has setup to keep staff to fix their own problems.

  • I PERFORMED A TASK OF MY LAST QUESTION AND I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM

    Help, please!
I did the new profile. I lost all my extensions, especially she whole page I had to start super
I also lost all my favorites. Help! I had 150 to 200 very important Favorites, I went to Carbonite and restored to my office, but they said I should find someone from Mozilla put back them. How can I do? I also had the saved password editor which I reinstalled it, but all my passwords are gone.

The button on the troubleshooting information page did a reset and move the profile folder in the "Old data Firefox" folder on the desktop.
So if you need to recover data that was not imported automatically then you should look for this folder on the desktop.

A reset should keep the backups in the bookmarkbackups folder, so you can check in the bookmarks (library) Manager to check if all JSON bookmarks are available for restoration.

If you do not see here, consult the bookmarkbackups folder in the profile in the "Old data Firefox" folder on the desktop.

  • Apple Mail / time bug window machine

    Hello

I'm having a problem with Time machine and Apple Mail. I had backups for over a year now using drives not 1, but 2, to be sure. I came recently in the situation where I would like to restore some of the emails which account is so more on Apple Mail (it's an old exchange account).

I tried to open Apple Mail and then let Time Machine run on it (both with 2 drives connected with each other and with each of them separately connected), but there seems to be some sort of bug where the window Apple Mail on the open Machine time gets replicated and shown again 3 - 4 times, full screen and they all say "click on restore to recover...» "but are the Inbox empty names and emails. I can't do any recovery because neither the timeline on the left, nor the Cancel/restore buttons appear usually found when you use Time Machine are: what happens is that Time machine by itself appears to restore a couple of (corrupt) windows in full screen, which in fact, I see on the mission control , but I can do anything with because they aren't even in the environment of type galaxy of Time Machine.

Has anyone else had this problem (not necessarily with Apple mail)? If so how do solve you this problem? I would like to know if it is really possible to get a recovery of e-mail Time machine with what's happening... It's a shame because in principle, I have all the data in Time Machine, even on separate disks 2 (rotating backups).

    Thank you

    Youssef

  • Need advice with the hard drive upgrade

    Greetings Applelonians:

I bought a new HD 480 GB SSD for my 15 MBP (to 2011) to try to help improve the performance and install it myself. I'm hoping to get some tips on the sequences necessary for install and then restore my files Office 2011. (I've known slowness notable speed as well as issues of program Outlook-so think I should try to start more as fresh as possible).

I'm clear on the mechanical steps to install the drive, but there seems to be a few options on the side of software I found. I have a copy of Snow Leopard, which came with my MBP, so in theory I think I should be able to install an operating system from scratch, and then do the upgrades, right?

I also have a SATA cable / USB, I see that some have used to clone the existing HD. As mentioned above, I think I should start with a new installation of the operating system (which simply Mac store recommended for $80 there), so I don't think that cloning is the best option.

    Here are my questions:

    (1) if I install the new HD, because it is out of the box, and then insert my Snow Leopard, which will load the necessary drivers required? or do I need to format the drive (on the outside?) before you install it?

    (2) I have a Time Machine recent backup contains all my critical data that I need to restore (for most all files MS Office 2011). I was intending to do a new installation of Office 2011 after the installation of the HD and then restore my Office files from the external backup of TM. I wonder if the TM backup contains only files, or if it also contains the actual programs (e.g. office). If the latter, is there another method I use to transfer other files that a full restore?

    (3) also in this sense, once I get El Capitan, installed on the new disk, my TM of Yosemite Backup is in conflict with that?

Thanks in advance for any comments and help!

I recommend to format the new external SSD for Mac OS extended (journaled) and either use Time Machine or Carbon Copy Cloner to load the data on the new SSD.  Installation of Snow Leopard is not necessary.
