  I just accidentally turned off my system restore application.  I used the running config setting and disabled running applications... I have a msg to stop or anything like that.

  Run a test on your RAM with memtest86 + (I know it's annoying and will cost you a CD).

  Memtest86 + is a version more up to date of the old program memtest86 and they are not the same.

  The memtest86 + does not work under Windows, you will need to download the ISO file, create a bootable CD, boot on it and then run memtest86 +.

  If even a single error is reported is a failure and you do suspect of your RAM.

  If you have several sticks of RAM, you may need to run the test on them one at the time and change them out to isolate the particular omission of a single stick.

  Always keep at least the first Bank of occupied RAM so the test will find something to do and simply restart your system.

  Sometimes reinstalling the RAM in slots will relieve the error, but a failure is always cause for suspicion.

  Make a backup, best 2 separated on 2 discs. Start of recovery volume (command - R on a restart, or hold down the option/Alt during a restart and select the Volume of recovery). Run the check/repair disk utility and repair permissions until you get no error. Reformat the hard disk using Disk Utility/Erase Mac OS extended (journaled), then click on the Option button and select GUID. Then re-install the operating system.

  You can also export contacts to your google account... That way, whenever you change your Android phone just sign in with your google account and all your contacts and data (birthday, address, photo..) you add to them will show up.

• How can I restore applications on my Centro that I erased by mistake?

  2. so far, the only thing that doesn't seem to work right now is Versa mail.  My phone tells me that I have to reinstall the latest version of Versa mail.  What I have to buy it or I have on my PC or on the CD that came with the phone?

  3. is there a way to identify what apps I deleted?  That is, what is the list of applications that would be on a new Palm Centro after synchronization once or twice and by accepting the bonus apps?

  4 if they are going in the bin, I have not synced since I made this mistake.  Would they in there?  If so, how can I find them?

  5 are all applications stored on my computer by first sync I did?

  If you still have them on you could synchronize any program on a computer.  There is very little that you can do wihtout knowing exactly what you have deleted.  In the future, you might want to try to use something like NVBackup allowing you to back up your data.  This allows to save your information and then move things or delete things in this way, you can safely set the son of adjustment of the device.
