Basically, my daughter has removed its what is app in a mad panic and her boyfriend of 5 years now believe she has something to hide. Is there anyway to recover data in recent days to prove that she had nothing to hide?

Restore the iPad App via Time Machine?

We used iBank on a series of iPads in Quicken replacement. iBank was wonderful.
A few days ago, we decided to accept the upgrade to the new version of the App. The upgrade has changed the name of the application of Banktivity 5.0.3.

... Previous Time Machine backups have iBank or Banktivity listed in the applications! I have looked far and sought to my heart's content, but none are here. All other applications will appear in the list, but not iBank or Banktivity. Now, I'm stumped... Why would not appear anywhere in the last backups?
Having lost all historical and current in the iBank data are a pretty big disaster if I don't want to take the risk of ruining more by doing a partial or full restore iPad without understanding why the previous of iBank versions and/or Banktivity do not appear in the lists before the last manual of Time Machine backup?
The iPad is an ideas, thoughts or suggestions would be most appreciated.
Real applications are not stored in the backup (which contains the content of applications, your settings, documents, photos etc), restoration (backups are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/on a Mac, a backup is not designed to be readable by the user) would look to pick up the application of the section My Apps from your iTunes library - so looking for a old backup iPad in Time Machine won't help your find the app.
As to why the app does not appear in your Time Machine backup of your folder "Mobile Applications", looking for the correct name of the application (the name that shows in your iTunes Apps my chapter cannot be the same as the file real .ipa computer/time Machine; some of my friends have very different names)?

Restore the iTunes app data backup and backup to iCloud
My iPhone 6 has been stolen. I got iCloud backup enabled, and the last backup was 2 days.
I do a full backup encrypted via iTunes it also sometimes manually, the last time was 1 month ago.
I bought a 6 new iPhone as a replacement. When I tried to restore from your backup, everything (photos, applications, settings) seems to be restored very well, but most of my applications (not all) were missing from their app data.
More importantly, Google Authenticator, which had all my keys to two factors and in hindsight, an app that follows the historic activity and has experienced a year of daily data stored on the device value authentication.
I don't understand why it affected only a few applications, but not all. Most applications requiring a login account is no longer connected, makes me think that their data was not were properly restored either. I found one or two applications that had some settings restored properly, but most of my apps seem to be returned to a State of the new facility.
I tried to re-do the restoration of iCloud again and got the same results.
I'll try the iTunes backup restore then, but even if it works I would miss even 1 month of a data value. Is it possible to recover this data? I guess that that's actually in the iCloud backup 2 - old days, but for some reason any, that he is unable to restore.
Is it possible to combine the full restoration of iTunes and then update with the most recent data backup to iCloud app?

Apple gives you a way to backup apps, music, photos to iCloud, but it is not very clear for the procedure restore an application since the last backup. All of my documents and photos are missing after a system restore. Here's the story. A virus called "Windows Recovery" popped up earlier and I did a system restore to get rid of him. To restart the computer, all my files and photos were missing. I used the system restore in the past in similar situations and have never had any problems. I opened MS Office, and I found some documents in the recent documents list. They open up fine and I saved them, but is only some of the documents. I can find the files in my documents when I do a search on them, but they are empty, when I open them.
