  • Uninstall the software.
  • Start the computer in minimum mode.
  • Disable all Antivirus programs.
  • Disable all firewall programs.
  • Create a new user account.

  You call the method with wrong arguments. You are passing COVERAGE_MDS as the first paramether, whereas the method expects one of the RadioInfo.WAF_* values.

  I think that you test this on a CDMA phone and values WAF_CDMA == COVERAGE_MDS. If you get the expected results.

  The return values will be the combination of the CoverageInfo.COVERAGE_* values.

  Then

  0 - No Coveage
  5 - COVERAGE_BIS | COVERAGE_CARRIER  ( 4 | 1)
  7 - COVERAGE_BIS | COVERAGE_MDS | COVERAGE_CARRIER ( 4 | 2 | 1)

  It is a hard drive failure. Consider replacing the hard drive.

  In studio ODI or console ODI I would identify the stage failed and the code behind it by looking at well as operator and the journal of the session. Usually these errors are low for the code changes or new scenarios of data when the code has not changed for example have you changed interfaces ODI, what version of BI Apps are you using, is it a full charge or incremetnal and was this job before?
