  This isn't just normal? Just today I upgraded to VC4.0 to be able to deploy my new servers based on findings on this forum. And no matter if I change the Machintype Vista x 64 or elsewhere Vista32 (what is wrong of course). Any other gopt experience with this?

  There should be no need to upgrade to vCenter4 just to be able to customize a W2K8 Guest.  We vCenter 2.5 and have no problem.

  The CLAD review is entirely based on the content of the course 1 Core and Core 2 - If you have not done these courses you can have some gaps in your knowledge for what is required to pass the examination. Maybe you know how to solve the problems in LabVIEW, but your style is not the way of "NOT recommended." It also depends on many other factors such as the amount of preparation you have made under consideration - did you sample exams? Have you had those? To go through the preparation of examination materials?

  The certification is only one way to show you are competent to LabVIEW - your experience and roles/jobs/projects earlier also count for a lot. I know many programmers LabVIEW which is good to LabVIEW, but have never sat all certification exams.

  There are many experts LabVIEW on these forums - you can still view the code you wrote and maybe they he would see. They would probably be able to give you feedback on what level you are.

  Edit: The jury of the certifications on the forums is a good place to discuss the examination for certification - you can post here if you have had problems with the sample tests or the parts of the exam and even begin a review CLD model (which is a practical review of LabVIEW programming) and post your control solution.

  It seems that you must start generic character. Given that, the table partitioning, or using regular index will help. Your only option if this is the case is to use Oracle Text.

  It seems strange that you really want to understand the generic nature of beginning. I know that when I'm looking for a person, usually at least the first part of the name or the name. It's pretty rare that someone looking for "Justin Cave" would be looking for 'stin' rather than 'Justin' or 'cellar '. If you actually store the name in a single column rather than having separate columns for first name, last name, etc., maybe you just need to review the model data to break the names, remove the wildcard queries early and then use an appropriate normal index.

• Language-APEX 4.0 Templates/browser issues

  Recently, I've converted an APEX 3.2 application 4.0. I have some of the new themes/templates reassigned to my application. Having had a few users using the application as a dev a problem seems to have developed regarding the new themes/templates. The app is a standard en - us installation with a component bilingual en - ca. My Windows XP installation uses a locale of English Canada. For me, the app works great... no problems. However, I have some French users with configurations of french job when their locale is the French Canada. When they try to connect, they receive an application without real explanation as to the cause error. I was able to reproduce their problem simply by changing my settings regional en - ca under XP. Now, it stops here. On a mission to try to solve this problem, I have reviewed the page via a Publisher source and goes further by reviewing the models used in the application. In most cases, the language html is defined in HTML lang = "& BROWSER_LANGUAGE". That made me think that somehow the browser language is involved in this. So I went in IE7 under Tools/general and selected the language button. Here, I discovered we ca as the only language installed. On a french desk, kicking around the same setting had value en - us language in the language and nothing else. On the french office in Internet Explorer, I have added the language we - in than already there as en - us. En - ca was the first entry, was second us-en and by using regional settings in French Canada. I tried the page and it is always wrong. Simply, I reversed the order of the languages so that we ca was first and en - ca finished second and now the Web page appear correctly. I changed it it wrong and back again. Curiously however, when I put the en - ca to be #1 in the list and page errors, when I saw the source I discovered that the html language setting was trying to use en - us. So I will try to understand why this should be said clearly model html lang = "& BROWSER_LANGUAGE". Should I be handling this setting somehow? He default us-en and your supposedly to manipulate this definition somehow? Since this problem occurs on the login page, where should it be handled? In the authentication of the application part? I'm a little confused as to how to fix this for our french users.

  What error do they get? It results in an HTTP 404 error? Is there written information in the Web server error log or the alert database log when this happens?

  And now a few more questions if you don't mind:

  (1) is just a question after you have changed the theme of a new APEX 4.0 theme and no other changes?
  (2) instead of changing your regional settings, what happens when you simply change the language browser en - ca as the first in the list?
  (3) how is the language of the application being derived in your application?
  (4) I know this is maybe a stretch, but can it be replicated on apex.oracle.com?

• CLAD review for these latest candidates for the exam

  I'm planning for a review of CLAD.  I read a lot of questions posted on the forum LAVA and OR working on reviews of the example, but still not very confident. In particular, after seeing people who say real exam was much more difficult than the two sample reviews on NEITHER. I wonder if this is true for the recent review (summer, fall 2011)?  If someone who has just done the test, please verify this information

  I took the exam week OR and passed.  If you do well on the practice tests, you should be OK.  If you have trouble with practice exams, you need to carefully consider the issues that cause you problems, see if you need more work in a specific area.  It is reasonable to think that one or two questions maybe things with which you are unfamiliar, but if you see more than that, you probably need more training or experience.

  I want to take the CLD Exam but my CLAD certification has expired for months.

  Can I take the examination of the CLD? Or should I resume CLAD before trying with the CLD?

  I'm sure that you need to pull the CLAD.  Occasionally, if you talk to your representative local of NOR, they will allow a grace period.  But I have only heard of this being a week or two.  With MONTHS, resume the CLAD.

  Well, I was finally convinced and a little forced to try to assure me. Have always been a stubborn but on this subject, but I guess that's the way it goes - beeing a consultant. Ive read through all - CLAD, CLD and CLA.

  But if Im going to certify I would and try to CLA (just becaurse I am a bastard of stubbern), actually more personal Im interested in the topics and requirements of CLA than the rest and felt more comfortable with them. Now I read that taking CLA you need a CLD, and to take the CLD, you must have DRESSED.

  1. -why is this? As a guy who lives on the contracts on time will be quite expensive? How much does it cost? and how long will take this assessment?

  - 2 plated RCA, I take it online? "Pearson view", it says I have to choose a company from here to Oslo where Im going to take it.

  - 3 also another question, if you finally have the CLA, you should also re-eval your CLD and CLA after two years (both) or only the CLA? and how much it cost and do you need to use a whole day to re-eval, or a renewal more as a CLAD?

  - 4 also in regards to the CLD, see examples and stuff like that, Im afraid that I will not be finished with it, mainly becaurse all examples show a program with only a certain time-simple loop. I'm at least going to have several modules (completely overkill for the applet, also to all the own errorhandle module and other things), even though most of them hold so much code, it's the right way to create a program you can actually add new features to (which is also totally different the existing program) without having to re - edit; creation of spagetti or not understandable disorder (have seen pretty unique all in programs of loops with a simple state machine and the structure of an event, which proved to be a mess completely after a few years with a few improvements here and there (well it keeps me alive as a consultant ).) I am used in small projects (such as examples for the CLD Exam) to use my own application with modules/structures model I created previously, totally exaggerated to have for applications Minies, but it works better, less consuming and is a LDO application you are familiar with. etc. Now for me to use this, but Im going to worry I won't be finished in time since I arrived to set up the structures and typedefs of 0 (I guess that the CLD Exam time will be 1 hour, planning, 2.5 hours of programming). How does this reflect on your score to a CLD? If you create a better environment for application (which is better suited for CLA) but you're not totally finished, which will count - or not?

  Your questions:

  (1) examinations rely on each other. This isn't review CLA itself that makes you a CLA, it's all the way to get it. And all tests have different requirements also. The price of Norway is he in NOK: CLAD: 929 - CLD: 2099, - and CLA:2099,-. How long it takes depends on when you get the investigation on each exam and your schedule.

  (2) you can take the CLAD to Pearson VIEW in one of the places that they list. Other tests should be done at OR.

  (3) simply re-eval latest or highest certification, you have, so hopfully CLA then. If you miss to re-eval, you'll have to start CLAD.

  (4) for both the CLA and CLAD, you have 4 hours of time to do. You get different scores, so in summary, build you an overall score. For example, who meets the requirements, so that the application runs as it should get a score, to keep the style guidelines you get a score, documentation and so on.

  To be honest I don't understand your provider. Each manufacturer offers different portable model with different model name or model number so that customers can find presentation on the manufacturers web page.

  Different models have same hardware platform, so I don't know how to help you with your question. Ask her to model exact name or model number, so we can find the exact specification for laptop on the toshiba support page.

  I looked around for the years 1650 PCIe version, but found no details as the basic layout

  Tempting to cross reference the ATI website for my motherboard for the 5670 compatibility was like myself stabbing the

  The Radeon HD5670 is a PCIe x 16 revision v2.1 map, and most of the time that they will not work on a PC with a PCIe x 1 connector. 0 to slot unless there is an update of the BIOS available for your model, which adds support for PCIe x 2.1.

  IMO, you should be able to use a graphics card with a specification file PCIe x 16 v2.0 or more, provided that it works in power supply specifications.
