  Safety seems to be the only point of sale of the Blackberry brand.   As you read, it's the companies that control the release (via the official methods) of packages of OS to their end-users... so is the logical place to ask your question, I think with them. Indeed, the 10.3.1 branch had I think 4 releases more given that the one you are on, and there were 10 in the 10.3.2 branch... so your OS is indeed quite old now (and, if reports here should be used as an indicator, this version was also very problematic indeed).

  But you also involved information it is important to keep separate. 10.3.1.1779 is a "software version", while 10.3.2.2339 is a value of BONE. They are different things, and depending on who you are chatting with or what tools you use, it is important to work with the right pair. Via the toolsets official (LINK, OTA updates, Update Web site), SR it what is used.   Non-official methods, which are cleaner and allow you to choose a version of the OS that maybe your carrier (or anyone they control your offers) delays in approval:

  Of course, before you start this, you want a good backup link, a manual copy of the memory of your device to your PC and complete documentation of your configuration (identification information of account, adding applications, configurations, etc.).   I'm sure that this topic is here somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. (Please direct me there, if so)

  So, it doesn't seem to be consensus on who this works for and who is not as shown here:

  But here's my question. I have an unlimited plan excluded on AT & T.  But I can not activate video calls through BBM surveys. It works fine on WiFi but not on the network. If I try, I get a message that reads "contact AT & T to activate. And, on the settings tab in BBM, the cursor "Allow calls from BBM on Mobile Networks" is grey.

  Thus, after contacting AT & T, they told me similar things to what is mentioned in the announcement of Crackberry - that I have a tiered plan or shared use Videotelephony.  My questions are the following:

  -is that someone here with an unlimited plan from AT & T be able to use video calls when not on WiFi?

  -does anyone know IF you use file manager or something sideloaded it you to get around the restriction?

  -are there someone who has an unlimited plan with AT & T AND has updated for Mac OS 10.2 with Knowyou or something, which is able to use the BBM video on the network? (EDIT: changed 10.3 to 10.2)

  Well, well, well. Just as I was trying to tell the idiots with AT & T technical support I talked with, before the problem was with them all along - not with my plan.

  So, if someone follows this and wants to update...

  Short version:

  If you have an unlimited plan AT & T LTE for your BlackBerry, you can ABSOLUTELY activate BBM video. I do now. If AT & T tech tells you different, they're wrong.

  I have an unlimited plan, my wife has a tiered data plan. Video BBM worked well on both our WiFi phones, his BBM video would work on network, but mine wouldn't.

  I started in my retail store, and the guy who usually helps me didn't know what I was doing wrong. So, we called technical support. AT & T first told me they didn't know why it wasn't, given to me to try different things, power off / on, without success.  So they sent me to the BlackBerry support.  After a few long conversations, which essentially ended with "Yes, this is not our problem, which is AT & T business."

  So, I called AT & T tech support again. They told me on the phone that I can't use this feature with unlimited and should be changed to a share of mobile or tiered data plan. I said, 'nope' and decided to cool it down and try again later.  So, then, I had an online chat with a representative of the AT & T technical support who told me the same thing. She said that the BBM video wouldn't work on unlimited and I needed to change. I told her firmly that I change my plan and my initial agreement for the unlimited understand not having the features are disabled. She told me that AT & T had the right to control their network, but that they wanted. (nice) So, I finished this cat.

  On a whim, I sent him, and he wrote, "Yes, uh not.» AT & T has not activated it for BlackBerry on unlimited plans. "She contacted back, then contacted his connection to AT & t. yesterday, I heard from someone at the Office AT & T President, whatever it is. Fast forward... your da! Suddenly, a technical support could enable this feature after all.

  You will get a number of recommendation, but here's the first, and in my humble OPINION the best.  Playcoud (available in the world of the BB).  Playcloud takes in charge Google Drive, box, Dropbox, OneDrive (formerly SkyDrive) and many more services.  If you have activated the Remote File Access in BB link, you can also access your desktop through her files. It also acts as a file manager for your card device and mSD.

  Each time a random strange behavior or slowness comes, the first thing to try is a proper reboot:

  • Pre-BB10 ONLY devices. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
  • Peripheral BB10. Hold the top button until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the unit to be completely stopped (for example, nothing appears on the screen, no lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red light. Wait through the entire boot process. If this fails, you can try the method of battery-pull above, but it is normally NOT recommended unless nothing else works.

  See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I swiped my phone security three times in the last 2 days to resolve a problem with texting. I've updated my software via wifi and not link to Blackberry. He has worked to solve the problem, but then the first two times the problem reappeared after restoring a backup.   I recommend that the updates made on the wifi. Don't do not updated the link unless there was a problem with udpate wifi.

  Your carrier will send specific carriers updates which can solve problems like this after an update.

  I have a Q10 I'm synchronization by binding, mostly just to test it. I had no problems with it.

  On my old blackberry, I was able to set up a different number of vibration for my different e-mail account so I would know right away, who represent the email was on.  Is it possible to do the same thing on the Z10?

  BlackBerry has no control on the 3 areas that offer these applications. It's the same problem with Instagram. It is our users to try to convince the application developers to develop for BB10.
