I just RMA has my opinion 8G that I bought in February (the process literally took about 2-3 hours from the time of the call to the dispatch of the mp3 player on). I was wondering about how long an anyone of you had to wait for the replacement? In addition, the person told me that they will replace it... so they send me just a new a right... and not a refurbished? I had a ton of problems but finally they built by yesterday and I decided to RMA it before it was too late. My case has been a little opening on the side (he not was completely sealed) which allowed dust and also facts sounds awkward when pushed on the buttons; I hope they don't think I tried to take it apart... In addition, the process of charging the battery has been messed up... I had to reconnect the charger 10 - 15 times to load completely, so I usually just let it load a random amount instead. I guess that the firmware of the battery has been screwed up and did not detect the battery level properly so I had to cheat it fully charge. By that, I mean if I didn't plug the charger... about 1-2 minutes after I unplugged the drive, happen a level of battery which it wouldn't if I was plugging her. Yesteday, I started having problems with the audio jack... the headphone plug wouldn't stay in very well so I lost sound sometimes. There are also random restart (about 3 - 4 times a month) but it's just the firmware and I don't really like. Moreover, they have different lots by accident (as they do in CPU manufacturing where the old batch may be unlocked unlike the newere "locked")... I'm wondering because maybe I got a bad batch or maybe that it was old or something... so I'm hoping to get a better. Overall, I'm curious about whether I did the right thing in RMA and also I wonder about the time it would take for me to get a new one?

  • Reset hardware cDAQ 9174

    I test station with two cDAQ 9174. We work without problem. But the second after a time more long every day, using problem. The second is not recognized by the MAX of NOR. When I connect it to the USB port, nothing will happen. No new hardware found... No refreshing of the hardware in the Windows Device Manager list... Nothing. :-(cDAQ power led lights, but no led lights the LOAN.

    It seems to be that the cDAQ is broken. Is no way to reset the cDAQ 9174?

  • WAG300N: could not start correctly after power failure

    Hello

    After AC power interruption, I tried to turn on my router Linksys WAG300N, but he won't start properly. I will describe what it looks like and what I've tried:

    I push the power button / stop, all 4 Ethernet LED simultaneous light for about a second, (if there is LAN cable connected, one or more led lights permanently) and power the LED will blink twice at normal speed. After that, both voltage and wireless, led simultaneously for about 1-2 seconds, start power LED flashes quickly, after seconds wireless LED stop light, wireless flash LED again and stop two LEDs for lighting. Second later power LED flashes two times normal speed and the process begins again but without flashing of the LED Ethernet (loop).

    I tried to download the firmware using TFTP, but it does not work. Router did not respond to a ping. After many tests, I noticed that the only time where I can ping router is during normal those two blinks of the power led. I've got 11 times waiting and the response of 1 or 2<1ms, 11="" timeouts,="" 1="" -="" 2="" responses etc... (response="" waiting="" time="" for="" a="" ping="">

    I've tried a few ways to reset the router (based on this forum). It does not help, sometimes after the reset I power the router problems or flashing process stops after a few loops (only one Ethernet LED lightning or router turns off). At the end of a day all supports them to the previous behavior of closure with power LED and wireless LED blinking.

    Software detects the device as MAC address and visualize correctly the version of firmware loaded into memory. Looks like it works and flashing memory. While flashing memory, power LED, LED Internet and Ethernet LED flashing at the same time very fast. I tried all versions of firmware available, but it does not help, I still have the same behave after flash.

    I think it could be a problem with the bootloader, maybe that part of the memory is broken, but I did not how to fix it. I found information on the JTAG interface, but I don't know if it will work for router WAG300N and where I can find the appropriate file with bootloader.

    Maybe someone can help and give me the idea what should I / check. Theoretically, I should have left 1 year warranty, but I lost the proof of purchase required for the RMA process. I can't find the place in Poland where professionals can help me, so I think that should do it myself with your help

Therefore, the problem is without closing the form now we changed the command type as Bill alone or internal or RMA now also these fields stay as mandatory is the question.

    Rather than make the fields required, why not you just popup a message of error if the shipping_method is empty.

    If the personalization will look like this

    action-online error-online you cannot save this record mode of delivery is not met.

    You repeat this customization for priority, but also the conditions related to the transport.

    PS: Another option is to use two times-news-registration-Forum customizations. The first is the required fields if the order type = STANDARD.
    And the second customization if required fields is not the order type! = STANDARD. Since you do not have this second customization, the fields remain necessary even when you select a type of STANDARD command.

  • Follow-up for RMA replacement problem

    Long story short. I have an RMA number (150403-002981) that has already been processed by the REST team. My replacement unit (a 32 GB Moto X) has been marked shipped on Friday and a Fedex # follow-up was sent to me. However, when I'm trying to track shipping (next day priority delivery), Fedex shows that the label was created. I called Fedex and they said that they are still waiting on the package. Everyone has experienced this before?

    I heard that agents on this forum can do wonders. I really appreciate it if you can help me to get the problem solved.

    SanDisk has received my m250 in mid November 2008. It is now January 2009. There is no other activity at the request of support after the acknowledgement of receipt except my asking what the current situation is "update".

    How newspapers should I intend to wait for an RMA?

The ticket was never changed to "shipped replacement" or "on the road". Once I posted an update and phoned, an agent told that we had given a wrong address and the item had been returned to SanDisk. It was only after I started track of the ups that I discovered the SanDisk ups had delivered to the wrong address, a different address that is listed anywhere in the support ticket.

    As is often the case, the number one difficulty here is that the personal support does not seem to read the history of the support ticket. It seems that the support staff can only have access to the most recent message in the client. I was often restating information previously given or having to start over at the beginning of the process. In addition, the tone and the text of the support agent was accusatory and placed the blame on me. It was stated that exceptional will be in my RMA to reship the m250.

    The conduct of the support agent seems particularly harsh when he or she says with certainty that the item was shipped to an address which I am absolutely certain that it was not. There has never been a recognition of the error of SanDisk.

    The good news is that after all this, I got a replacement m250 and it seems to work perfectly. It certainly does not show the glitch posted guaranteed unit.

    On 21 March, I launched an RMA for a Dell Precision 6800 I bought on the outlet site. I got the machine backwards through the UPS return label that the representative has provided me. The package tracking shows delivered from March 28, but I received no email receipt of Dell, grateful that the machine was in their possession.

    I am aware that a return of credit can take 20 additional business days after receipt, but I would like to know if the machine has been received and the process has started. I can provide all the necessary information.

    Demand for original media that has been opened for the RAM always shows the status 'pending receipt' which is what worries me.

    The iMac I (model 2013 with El Capitan 10.11.6) fine.
