Roll back the update of Silverlight

On 29 September, Microsoft Update has eliminated an update of Silverlight. I suspect that it was the cause of the changes in functionality in a program that I use, so I want to uninstall this update to conduct tests. How can I do this? It doesn't seem to be installable via Win7 Pro 64-bit programs and features.

Hi netscaper, several years of research with users went into this redesign, but of course you may not all agree on the same thing.

As a small non-profit organization, Mozilla doesn't have the means to do everything herself. Firefox has since always the philosophy of trying to keep the lean browser and allowing for customization through modules. Sometimes the ride is bumpy, but generally you have several ways to do the job.

  • Roll back the firmware update

    Hello

Is it possible to roll back the update of the firmware? I put on the Hebrew firmware 01.01.15 - I was wondering if I can take that off and put that ordinary English? Is it possible or do I just wait for the next firmware update and use English? I was told to look at the other posts here so that he can recognize the Hebrew he needs to UTF-16 encoding - but my s/w EasyTag for Linux can only do utf16 for id3v2 and the "rocket" uses only id3v1 correct?

I am so frustrated with this.

For a manual installation of firmware, simply unzip the compressed firmware file and place it in the root directory of the "rocket".

When the rocket starts, it performs a check for a new firmware file in the root directory.  If you have placed the file in the root, it will automatically replace its current firmware with the one you have placed there.

This can be done in MSC or MTP mode.  The only difference with MTP mode is that you first need to double-click on "Internal memory" to access the root durectory.

  • Roll back the action errors

I have had problems recently install a new software. I'd say about 60-75% of the programs I try to install to do the last step, usually save, then falls down, poster sometimes "roll back the action" and then erases everything what he changed and closes. Happens for different programs and I read it might be an older version or problems left by a previous installation failed, but it is none of these. Some are (more) new programs. I also read it could be a file of the registry that was somehow marked as 'read only' but I'm not sure that one or it's location. If anyone knows what's going on, please let me know.

    Thank you.

    Hi bevisjl,

I you recommend to place the computer in a clean boot state and then try to install programs and check will they install, please provide us with error messages that you get when you install the programs with the specific name of the program you want to install:

To put the computer in a clean boot state, follow these steps:

    Perform a clean boot

Note If the computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may prevent you from following these steps. We recommend strongly that you do not use System Configuration utility to change startup options on the computer, unless a support engineer Microsoft directs you to do so. This can make the computer unusable.

    a. log in the computer using an account with administrator rights.

    b. Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.

    c. under the general tab, click Selective startup, and then clear the check box load startup items.
(The check box use the file Boot is not available.)

    d. on the Services tab, click to select the skin all the Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all.

Note following this step lets Microsoft services continue to operate. These services include networking, Plug-and-Play, record of events, error reporting, and other services. If you disable these services, you can permanently delete all restore points. Do not do this if you want to use to restore the system with the existing restore points.

    e. click OK and then click on restart.

Once the computer restarts, verify if you are able to install programs.

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.
On the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.
When you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

If you are able to install programs after placing the computer in a clean boot state, follow the steps below in the link to diagnose the program or service that is causing the problem:

  • Transaction is written to the log file and it is not written to undo tablespace. During a failure of the system how oracle rolls back the transaction.

    Hi all

    My question is:

Transaction is written to the log file and it is not written to undo tablespace.

During a failure of the system how oracle rolls back the transaction.

I have already provided the answer, you ignored if well (you seem to only read the responses by people of your country).

Redo log is always written * first * before * writing to the data block (redo log writing is much more aggressive). So it DOESN 'T MATTER if you lose these scriptures of rollback segment.

Valuation: rear roller followed by roll forward, using redo log files and/or archive redo log files.

  • How to roll back the last update which caused cursor problems since I installed today?

The slider "disappears" until I click on the space, I was typing in SEVERAL TIMES. Then, it is still impossible to type. This began to happen for the first time today, after I installed the "update." Finally I had to close the browser, lose everything I had typed. If it has been tested?

And where FF down install some nonsense Cisco webcam without my permission?

I won't "automatically add" anything in it because there is no way I'm letting Firefox 'install' thing any other on my machine.

Ah, a system restore! That should do the trick! Thank you very much. IDK why I always forget this option.

And I'm done with FF "updates".

  • Rolling back recent updates to Bios, Vid, its driver

In my attempt to get my Blu - Ray player to play Avatar BD, I followed the instructions and attempted to try to operate by updating the Bios, sound cards and video drivers. I received the new bios installed, new ati catalyst center installed graphics card drivers installed and sound and it still does not. In addition to this, the new drivers audio and video are spoil when I watch the video on my TV via hdmi. Before the update, when I have quand j' ai branche plugged my laptop to the TV via hdmi the sound would automatically change between the helmet speaker hdmi and s/helmet back when I unplugged the hdmi Jack. Now, it is not switch back as it did before. In addition, the return video playback worsened and the picture freezes during video playback, where it didn't before.

So, I would like to know how I would go about the return of my system to a point before I updated all my drivers and BIOS. A system restore will allow me to return to this point or I have to uninstall manually all of these updates. Is there a document on how to manually uninstall the bios drivers audio vid? I tried to remove the graphics card Ati catalyst centre and it seems to have uninstalled but it did make a difference. Now I wish I did a system restore before dvd I made all of my updates.

Any help on how to get back to where I was a few weeks ago would be greatly appreciated.

    My system

    DV5z-1000 CTO

    BIOS F.38 was 37 before I think.

ATI Radeon HD 3200 (driver 8.476.0.0)

(Driver 6.10.6017.13) IDT high definition audio codec

To restore your system to where was go to the Control Panel, switch to the display of the icon and find the 'recovery' and go to the system restore. Follow the windows and choose a custom restore point to where coincide when everything worked normally.

The BIOS is not affected by the Windows system restore, but if everything is back as it was, then let the new BIOS only.

Here are a number of versions of BIOS. One you have before is listed is there if you need it.

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/previousVersions?softwareitem=ob-80499-1 & LC = on & DLC = in & CC = US & os = 4063 & Product = 3759541 & sw_lang =

Once you've done all that and everything is back to normal, uninstall your Media Smart DVD, reboot and install it:

Then reboot, and I hope that you can play Avatar. I use this version on my dv8 and it works, I hope this will solve your problem.
