Rolls of Safari and Mac short slow in one account, many incident reports "nsurlstoraged".

Safari now usually takes a long time to open the windows and tabs and enter the URL. Sometimes, it makes everything else on this slow user account. The problem does not exist in the other user accounts. The problem when you perform a safe boot.

I don't know when the problem started but I didn't notice the Mac and especially light ran more slowly after installing manually updating of Combo OS X El Capitan 10.11.2. I have rebuilt the Spotlight index by using the method of the preference system and Onyx. I have reset the SMC.

I also deleted cookies, disabled the Safari extensions and manually deleted the "com.apple.Safari" of the ~/Library/Caches folder. Maybe not in the right order or schedule however.

Checking the Console I see in the reports section of diagnoses listed user many accidents of 'nsurlstoraged '. Sometimes the new get generated without that user to do anything like that, often, if not always new are generated when a new tab or window is opened.

Here is an example of nsurlstoraged crash report less much of the section "binary Images:

  • Slow Safari and Firefox ping

    Hi all

    I use Safari 9.1 than my normal browser and OS X on a MacBook Pro late 2013 10.11.4.

    I tested my internet speed (speedtest.net) on all devices and noticed that my 6s iPhone and iPad 2 air both iOS 9.3.1 (speedtest.net app) had a ping of less than a third of that of the MacBook Pro.

    Then I tried Google Chrome 49.0.2623.112 (64-bit) and the speed is as fast as with iOS devices. Then I went 45.0.2 Firefox and it was as slow as Safari again.

    For the last test, I disabled all extensions in Safari, but has not made a difference.

    Is there a setting to speed up Safari on OS X, his counterparts of iOS? I would rather not use Chrome on battery because I lose an hour of battery time.

    Thank you all for your help.

Stuck in the date and time, just a general nightmare.

    A took 15 minutes to open safari and two tabs, more than an hour to open chrome, imovie has spent more than 12 hours to load a video from my phone, and then frozen.

    I do not usually post in forums or discussion because I don't usually have something to contribute, but I wish that I had listened to the warnings of this despicable OS. I feel forced into it. I feel so angry that I can't access simple features of my audio and video programs that I have used so much before this debacle.

    So far, it's worse than Windows Vista. Way worse.

    Why not keep restart my mac and works very slow since I installed El Capitan?

    Most likely because you upgraded an already dysfunctional system without the first fix. Or your HARD drive may be faulty.

    Try these in order to test your system after each see if it is back to normal:

    1. a. reset the PRAM and NVRAM on your Mac.

  • Flex and HTML displayed shift in Safari under Mac OS

    When a popup is displayed in Flex app, Flex display gets moved down in Safari under Mac OS only. However, even if the screen is shifted down, orders appear to be in the correct position. For example, to click on a button, the cursor must be a few pixels above illustrated screen. Not only the Flex display moves down. Display of HTML links also moves down with Flex and the links are clickable a few pixels above the screen.

    The problem occurs only when to trigger the display of popup Flex flex long screen. On a screen of Flex in the height of the browser, with the same actionscript and Javacsript code there is no problem.

    It works fine in all other browsers like Safari in windows.

    All the world is facing this scenario? Any help will be much appreciated.

    The following code is used for the popup to display in the center of the viewable area.

    callLater (SMBObjectUtil.changePosition, args);

    Used JavaScript functions are:

    function findScrollTop()
    {
    var ScrollTop = document.body.scrollTop;
    If (ScrollTop == 0)
    {
    If (window.pageYOffset)
    ScrollTop = window.pageYOffset;
    on the other
    ScrollTop = (document.body.parentElement)? document.body.parentElement.scrollTop: 0;

    var y = 0;
    If {(self.innerHeight)
    y = self.innerHeight;

    y = document.documentElement.clientHeight;
    } Else if (document.body) {}
    y = document.body.clientHeight;
    }
    Return y;

    Found a solution for this. CallLater() appeared the problem in Safari. Once I deleted CallLater and directly called my function, the problem has been resolved.

  • display MacBook pro on safari and chrome problem

    Hi all

    I have a MBP end 2011 that took her mother changed twice. First of all, it wouldn't start when I installed an additional RAM module (I 2x8Go) and then it starts crashing while working last summer.

    Now, this is something similar: screen (no ice optional screen hi-def) becomes crazy (black screen and then blur and not centered) then the MBP freezes and restarts. I noticed that it always happens while on chrome or safari and if I stop immediately after it starts, the display will return to normal and I can reopen the browser for a few minutes until what it happening again.

    The time it takes to do is incompatible.

    I got an error code of Apple Hardware Test (but only on an extended Test): 4MEM/62/40000000: 0 x 84339018

    I'm under El Capitan 10.11.5 without problems so far. Chrome takes up a lot of memory, but I think it's OK but navigation now seems much more slow processing of even very frequent beach ball time when nothing else is running and the memory and the CPU usage is well within available resources.

    Have not yet done this new info from Apple but I have appointment Thursday based on the problem of the screen and crashes. If there was a MB issue they will replace for free but 1 / I need my computer operation Monday (starts a web programming crash course 2 months!) and the repair could take more time than that and 2 / even if repaired once means that I'm working on a bomb ticking.

    I intend to have a small external hard drive with time machine for the entire cycle (I on my NAS when at the office) - how convenient - but I'm always SOL if it happens during the course. I'm not a programmer at all, so it's a challenge already to deal with a failure of the computer at the same time!

    Any advice would be appreciated!

    Thank you

    Antoine

    The error code you posted shows a RAM problem.  I might try the original RAM and see if it makes a difference.

    The specifications for the new RAM modules: DDR3 SO-DIMM of 204 pin PC-10600 (1333 MHz)?  Macs are very selective with RAM.  Some brands do not work well in Macs.  OWC and Crucial are the best sources for RAM Mac compatible.

    You can also try the following:

    Remove the RAM and clean the contacts.

    Take one module, insert it into a slot and start the MBP.  Place it in another location, and then start the MBP.

    Repeat with the other module of RAM.

    Essentially, you test if a RAM module is defective or if a slot is defective.

    Ciao.

  • Safari is Mac does not

    I have a Mac Pro (early 2008) installed the latest updates for any Mac (El Capitan, Safari, etc.) and this question actually followed me from Yosemite, hoping that El Capitan upgrade would solve, but but did not.

    Behavior: My Mac will become partially insensitive.  More precisely.

    -I can move the pointer anywhere on the screen, but clicking on any window, menu, nothing does nothing.

    -Click on the key combos same keyboard does nothing

    -Sometimes this happens, if there is a video running from a Web site, etc., that it continues to run, with the sound.  Can not stop it or anyhting because of what I mentioned above

    -The only thing I can do is hit the power button and restart

    Trigger: Safari.

    -This only happens with safari open, not always well.  To do a website, or a combination to get there.  So far, I noticed the behavior when I have sites like Amazon, Ebay, I think that Google Search images (not sure).

    -If I restart the computer allow Safari open with the same Web site windows, frost will occur, at every time and in short order

    -If I open Safari but close all Web sites or all trades type those, the gel does not happen

    -Frost never happens when Safari isn't open

    Anyone who has seen elsewhere, or have a solution in mind?  I love all of my wonderful Apple gadgets, and I like to have all my information (bookmarks, websites, etc) synced automatically, but if I can't solve this I have to switch to Chrome.  I'm in law school, and if I did not automatically hit 'Save' every minutes 5 or more while writing documents and memoirs, this would have cost me dearly on more than one occasion.

    Tank you in advance.

    Bob has.

    I too have a Mac Pro (early 2008) and has been given exactly the same problem with Safari. Everything freezes but I can move my mouse cursor. Sometimes, the cursor turns into line with two arrows. This problem started a few months ago, and today, I restarted four times, so I resorted to the use of Chrome. I have no answers because I have found none. Can't wait to see if you get all the answers.

  • Why when I download stuff my mac becomes slow?

    Hello. I have a MacBook Pro since June of the current year (2.5 GHz Intel Core i5) and one month or there, it started to get really slow whenever I'm download stuffs from Safari and when I add new music to iTunes in the folder "automatically add. When I do, my Mac begins to freeze, and I can't do anything. Even, I have to restart it pressing the power button.  It's really boring, I can't download anything now what do I do?

    Thanks in advance.

    P.S.: It has 389 free GB of 500 GB and 'El Capitan' to operate.

    When you say freeze, you get a rotation beach ball, or it becomes totally insensitive.

  • Safari in Mac dock iPad - why?

    My mac has been turned off for a day or two and when I just turned it back on, I found a new element at the top of my Dock (located to the right of the screen) which is identified as "The iPad Safari" and it is mirroring what the current page I opened on my iPad.

    1: how it goes here (what 'functionality' suddenly linked my iPad Safari on my Mac)?

    2: How can I stop this from happening?  I do a lot of browsing on my iPad and really don't want kids to watch on my Mac to see what I'm doing on my iPad.

    Thank you

    -Tod
