Running (3rd party/independent)

Hi all

I have a VM server get this error on "VM ware tools" running (3rd party/independent). status is unknown, the tools are installed, but not pass by VM ware.

Please find the attached error while trying to upgrade.

Kind regards

Abid

I noticed that you are trying to upgrade VMWare for a telepresence VCS tools.  For servers of telepresence VM that does not a Windows operating system, they have their own flavor of the VMware tools installed within the app, not sure, or even know if they can be updated as I never see any documentation or the mention of it anywhere.

A horse of Trojan and virus completely disabled my browsers, shortcuts, etc..  I just finished restoring my site and everything works except one!

    Hi Mona,.

    1. have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

    2. you receive an error message or error code?

  • Running a 3rd party program

    All,

I want to be able to launch and run a 3rd party via LabView program.

Launch of the program through "System Exe.vi" is quite simple.

But now I want to programmatically all pushing the button. So instead of the user having to navigate the 3rd party GUI, it would be done through Labview.

Looks like that I need a dll and points of entry, but if I had that the exe is still possible?

    Thank you

Another option would be to use windows or user32 dll to generate clicks of mouse. But if the executable is not desinged for access promaticaly, it will be a difficult task. Alternatively, you can follow the link below to learn more.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox can be a result of malware installed on your computer, you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to search for malicious software that work with your existing anti-virus software:

  • How can I fix my (3rd party renovated) iPhone 5s which became brick?

I bought an unlocked iPhone 5s from a 3rd party vendor so that in the United States. I set up with a PAYGO of T-Mobile SIM card and used for two weeks in the United States and two weeks in the Mexico. On or around the day of the month of T-Mobile has expired, the iPhone has stopped working. It does not start (screen lights up, but it is white/black) and trying to do a factory reset with iTunes have failed.

Not yet bought a SIM card from a local supplier to the Mexico. The SIM card is the problem or is it the phone? Can what additional steps I take to reset? Is there diagnostic tools that will run on Mac OS X or Windows?

The phone would always start even without a SIM card. I contact the vendor that you bought the and see if they have the warranty at all.

  • Libretto W100 Windows 10 - all features via 3rd party (instruction) applications

Recently I was hunting for a UMPC to buy and who to is passed through a W100 on EBAY, and after a brief google I bought it immediately!

Its an amazing device, but Windows 7 really does fall. It's slow, unwieldy, and honestly not too usable.

However, Windows 10 is worlds apart when it comes to touch usability! Combine with Toshiba idea of the full screen keyboard and a virtual trackpad and the W100 a laptop full blown surprisingly usable. Win10 runs miles better than Win7, and things like scroll, zoom and pan is via texturing (like the iPad) so its smooth as!

    Working

G - Sensor (displays can always manually turn)
Haptic (technically it works, but only with the booklet software, which does not work)

There are a few steps you need to take before moving on to the latest version of Mac OS X.

First, run the software update or the App Store and install all the updates available for the operating system you have now. The system must be in good working condition. Do not expect an upgrade of the operating system to repair a computer that is abnormally slow or unstable. More likely, the upgrade will make the problem worse.

If you have less than 4 GB of memory, as shown in the box about this Mac, and your model has an expandable memory, install at least that a large part, or preferably the maximum amount of the machine can use according to the specificationsof Apple. If the memory is not expandable, or if you do not want to upgrade, see using a newer Mac OS x version until you decide to buy a new computer.

If you have already upgraded the memory, check the specs to make sure that the memory is compatible, both the type and capacity. Do not install more memory that is officially supported by the model. Sellers of spare memory may contradict Apple specifications because they want to sell memory. Their guarantees that you can exceed the specs are not not trustworthy. Although the memory of out-of-spec worked, it may not work after the OS upgrade, or you may not upgrade at all.

Make sure all of your most important third-party software are up-to-date and compatible with the current OS x Very old versions of Microsoft and Adobe applications, for example, may not be compatible. The Web site is the best source for this information. Incompatible third-party software is the cause of almost all the problems with the OS X updates.

Finally, to save all the data and make sure you know how to restore if the results of the upgrade are not to your liking.

If you have a with a sufficient capacity storage device, you can copy the boot on it volume in disk utility, then starts him and setting level. So, if you don't like the results, all you have to do is change the setting in the startup disk preferences pane and restart. For more information, search the built-in disk utility help the term "doubloon".

  • How to combine 3rd party install and install generated by LabVIEW?

I am developing a software that controls a thermal regulator via a USB cable connection. I use NI-VISA to communicate with him. The controller uses a USB chip, for which a 3rd party USB driver is necessary. (I downloaded from here: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/D2XX.htm)

Now the software is finished, I created the application successfully. In my Installer, I am hoping to enter the 3rd USB driver so only installer does all this, instead of running 2 installers.

LabVIEW Installer construction specification property dialog seems to support only the drivers of OR. Is it possible to include the USB driver in my Installer?

    Thanks in advance

    TailOfGon wrote:

We don't know if you're aware of this, but you can configure the installation program to include the executable files and then run the file at the end of the installation. It should be in the Advanced page settings of the generation.

Also, there are 3 party like Inno Setup installer programs, which have more options, and that you could use to encapsulate two installers. I did use one of those, but I know other people who prefer them.
