• CS5 and GTX285 worked, run Adobe updated, now it does not work... why?

  So I bought a Gigabyte GTX285, installed in my 3DBOXX, and everything was great (still had CS4). Yesterday, I bought and downloaded Master CS5 Collection.   Anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem and get the most out of my system? I convinced my bosses to buy CS5 and the GTX285 specifically for improving the performance, so if I can't do this job, they won't be happy!

  What driver version are you running? See if the NVIDIA site has newer drivers available then Gigabyte offers.

• Multiple instances of VBAI

  I know that we can now acquire multiple cameras in VBAI (thanks!).  However, in my view, what to do so leads to very complex control sequences.  It doesn't look like VBAI has fully embraced parallelism for anything other than the FTP transfer.  What should I do if I have 5 cameras GigE each needs to be raised, and where it is possible that two can be triggered at the same time?  Can I run multiple instances of VBAI on a single PC (hey, it's multi-core)?  I predict that the current response is to use LabVIEW, but VBAI is especially LabVIEW... right?

  I want to retain only the simple, single camera, inspections on the PC.  Running multiple instances of VBAI would allow me to devote an instance for each camera without worrying about what's happening on TSF the other 4 (or more).

  Good question! VBAI supports the acquisition of several cameras, even if they are triggered at the same time. We have a flag in the acquisition stage that allows to specify if you want to wait as the following picture or purchase immediately. Thus, in the case simple two cameras triggered at the same time, you will have an initial state who tried to acquire the camera 1 and if there was a timeout he loop back and try again using the wait for the flag of the next Image. When an image is acquired, you know that the other camera was triggered, so you transisition to another State who acquires the camera 2 with an immediate flag, since we know that the image is already there. You can use the image select to switch between the two images, so it is possible, but not necessarily the cleanest. Even if you had two VBAIs simultaneously, synchronizing is not trivial to make sure you weren't inspect imageN camera1 and imageN + 1 on camera2, but perhaps this would not be the cause of your system. In any case, we don't currently support multiple inspections VBAI operating simultaneously on a system, but it is certainly a feature that we know.

• How can I put Firefox 10.0.2 to be the default browser in Windows 7, using a script or program Setup. "Firefox.exe - setDefaultBrowser" does NOT work.

  When I disabled the option of virtualization from the BIOS, machine started successfully. But it is mandatory for me to install Hyper-V that I am a Windows Phone 8.1 developer and I need to run emulator WP8 and it does not work without Hyper-V active.

  Please help me because it was the main purpose of buying this laptop.

  I have already read some forum messages and did a few steps as:

  1: Install the latest drivers for Ralink bluetooth device

  2: uninstall the Ralink bluetooth device

  3: device disabled bluetooth device manager Ralink

  But nothing has worked for me.

• Vista laptop - programs does not work

  So, I was recently lucky enough to meet your typical Vista Security 2011 virus on my Dell laptop.  We met in the past I would be redemarrer to restart in safe mode, run the malware and generally she finds and remove it.  Well, this time I do the same thing as in the past, he finds it, but currently no program will run in normal mode.  I can get into safe mode, start the .exe files and others, but not in normal mode.  I combed the advice and tried several options that include:

  Thanks for posting, as you might expect, there are troubleshooting you can undertake to check why the download does not work. It is highly possible that the source that you have downloaded from cannot be no longer works. Is there a site that you can check to see if it does not work for them either? Also where it is downloaded from?

  Otherwise please see if scanitemswhendone is enabled: change what Firefox does when you click on or download a file

  If download hangs at the last minute (just before reaching 100%), the cause may be an antivirus software that tries to parse the file and during this process the instance of Firefox crashes.

  To resolve the issue, try disabling the analysis as follows:

  1. In the address bar, type Subject: config and press enter. The subject: config "this might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.
  2. Click on I'll be careful, I promise!, to continue on the subject: config page. A list of parameters must appear
  3. Filter the list by typing in the search bar at top. Enter scanWhenDone. Now you should find the "browser.download.scanWhenDone" preference.
  4. Double-click this preference to set the value to false.
  5. Then, try to download something and see if it still crashes.
