Safari search bar does not work. (Mac)

The search bar of Safari on my MacBook Pro does not work. When you type in the search bar, don't watch anything until I press on enter, after which my search query appears twice in the address bar, once on the left and once in the middle.     I had this same problem. Couldn't Google to search in weeks bar. Drove me crazy.

    To remove the data forund No.. I added REQUEST = 'GO' for the region of sql.

  • Safari address bar does not work after last update 10.11.3

    After Jan 22 10.11.3 update, Safari bar only displays address of active Web site.  Trying to navigate or search fast by typing in the address failure bar.  No result of the action.  Only recharge functions icon to reload the existing page.  Anyone else see the same?
