  Well, here's my answer to my own post.

  After reading some posts here about possible solutions, I tried to delete all the cookies for YouTube (Tools > options > privacy > show cookies > youtube.com). Then tested on a site with integrated video would not play before and on YouTube directly - both worked!

  The poster with the suggestion of cookies also proposed changes to the 'exceptions', but it was not necessary at least for me.

  I'm sorry, that is not possible, that is how Acrobat/Reader is built. For drive mode, you can use Ctrl + L to fullscreen or Ctrl + H.

  V8 packages that try to open full screen like a v9 crash drive portfolio.

  V8 packets trying to open full-screen as a portfolio in Acrobat X v10 cause an "invalid parameter" error (do not open).

  V10 portfolios open at strange magnification without control of the visible screen.

  Then; I need to make sure that these files do not full screen open.  As some users have already left full screen and others will not, its not good with the usual command "toggle" / tick box either on the source or destination files.

  Problem is a wrong setting in the flash player!

  -Right click on the video you are streamed
  -then click on settings
  -in display settings (first tab), uncheck the box use acceleration hardware option

  I thought about it, I suspect me that 1 of my desktop gadgets was perhaps to blame, I had 3 gadgets. Notepad, weather, and a cpu monitor. so I took the time and CPU monitor and now the jumping has stopped for now. I thought I would respond with this answer in case anyone else has this problem so that you can ask them if they have gadgets active which changes every few seconds as my CPU meter does help.
