To help you to propose measures to solve the problem, I would appreciate if you could answer the following questions:
1. What is the number of the Canon printer model?
2. what version of Windows operating system is installed on the computer?
3. when exactly you receive this error message?
4 did you do changes on the computer before the show?
Paper jams are among the most common problems with Canon inkjet printers. Follow these instructions to learn how to remove a paper jam on a Canon inkjet printer:
a. protect you against shock. Unplug the power cord at the back of the Canon inkjet printer. It is an important step when working inside ANY electronic device.
b. remove the access panel back of the printer. It seems repetitive to say this, but this door will be in the back of the printer.
c. looking through the open rear panel and get some papers. Remove any paper you find jammed here.
d. close the access panel back. Make sure it snaps into place and it looks like the same way as it did before you opened it.
e. find the Panel before or higher access. This is the Panel you would be up to change the ink cartridges. Open the access panel. If the carriage that contains the ink cartridges moves, then you forgot to unplug the printer, go back and do it now. Look for the paper that may be stuck in this area of the printer.
f. remove the paper you find jammed here. When you pull ahead there will be resistance from the paper feeder. Pull slowly or the paper will rip and create a more stressful problem.
g. close the front access panel. Be sure that it falls or it snaps into place. It should look like the same way as it did before you opened it.
h. plug the power cord of the printer into the wall outlet and try to print again. If the printer prints the work, then you have successfully removed the paper jam.

I are actually eligible for your first condition since my employer is a partner of Oracle. That said, I don't take the OCS reviews in order to earn stars of gold for my employer.
Reviews of the OCS are less technically oriented types of certification. They are intended for vendors and integrators that need to be able to talk about his products and reasonably knowledgeable Oracle making. Exams I've taken were much more focused towards the fact that there is a given feature and functionality, there with the implementation of the function in the real world. This is not to say that the information that you need to learn how to pass exams of the OCS are not valid. It's good to know what are the features of Oracle products. I have been asked by my employers and past to the opportunity to integrate the feature 'X' into our solutions. Preparation for OCS-level exams can give you an overview of how (or if) given the capabilities of Oracle products can help (or not) in a given situation.
That said, the OCP and OCE certifications are much more valuable when you really want to learn how to use the various technologies of Oracle.

After I 'google' a web site address, I am unable to access the page directly by clicking on the link in the address; the page hangs and does not respond.
What antivirus you have installed before? Is the virus/malware-free system? If you have a current antivirus installed and you went through at least some of the malware removal steps I list in the link I have given if you are sure that the system is clean, uninstall McAfee and see if that solves your problem. If you connect to the Internet behind a router, you can be sure for this quick test. If you are connected directly to a cable/dsl modem, then firstly download Avast or even Microsoft Security Essentials (both free). Then, disconnect from the Internet and uninstall McAfee. Install the antivirus of your choice and test. If all goes well, your problems have been caused by McAfee. This is not surprising since McAfee is perhaps the worst choice for safety, we could do.
If you had any antivirus installed before McAfee, then you must go through all stages of thorough removal of malware listed in the my link before anything else. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!
