  Question is that devices audio bluetooth paired when turned on bluetooth settings will appear on the page, but they do not send audio to them automatically. They are listed under "My devices" but show "not connected". I can select the device in the menu settings and plays sounds as soon as I touch the name of the speaker, but not until I do. Same problem in the car too. Appears on the right, but shows not connected until I have the touch.

  I didn't open the bluetooth settings to on any prior iPhone iOS just selected a camera already attached before. I deleted and repaired, switched bluetooth, reboot the phone, soft reset the phone and even a network reset.

It would also make sense, if you use the online banking etc., to inform your bank that you have a security hole on your PC. This will alert them to anyone using your current password to the Bank etc.
