  I'm not 100% sure but I think that your device has no network adapter and you must use an alternative like the PCMCIA card.

  As far as I know your unit is shipped with Windows ME and I really don t think that hardware configuration is not one that is suitable for Windows XP Home (not a lot of RAM) and I think that unity will be very slow.

  Anyway, in my opinion, you should try other card (another producer). One of my friends had the same problem with the Belkin card.

  So if there is no webcam listed in Device Manager, you must check the installed programs in Control Panel > uninstall a program. Usually the webcam software should be in there and if yes remove it. Then, restart your computer.
