  I installed w2k on this laptop. Now, I have been informed that there is a newer video driver this driver w2k since 1999. But I can't find a driver for whom "ati mobility rage P/M AGP 2 x" that toshiba has uses in this satellite 1710. I was looking on the site of toshiba - ati site and several pilot sites, but I couldn't find any suitable driver.

  The fact is that Toshiba graphic driver is not similar to the manufacture of the graphics card.
  I checked the driver Toshiba Europe page and there's only a driver for a Windows ME from 21/06/01
  But on the Toshiba site, I found a driver ATI Mobility-C (6129) W2k for a Satellite of 1715.
  The graphics driver is 25/09/2000 and the version is M6.11.42 - T01.

  As far as I know the Satellite 1710 and 1715 should be the same models of laptop but I'm not 100% sure. You should check before you use this driver.

  Certainly it s a silly question, but why you install the W2k OS on this Vista laptop?

  All that seems page driver Toshiba does not provide drivers W2k for this new notebook but don t give up DUDE ;)

  Hi, I have Satellite 1710 CDS.
  This laptop has RJ45 wording "Ethernet" connector on the rear side.

  In my book there is not written anything on the inbuild ethernet card. Photos of manual shows back of laptop, it has drawn no ethernet connector, but my laptop has had! Is this possible?

  Why toshiba is not talking about ethernet in the manual for CD of Satellite 1710 and my 1710 has? I don't understand.
  Windows ME cannot recognize this net adapter. I don't know what drivers should I look for. Please help me or give me advice. Thank you.

  Sorry, I have you dissappoint! Satellite 1710CDS has NOT built in LAN!

  The cover has only a black RJ45 model at the backsite without function!

  2. I'm looking desperately for the M70 Win2K drivers. Can someone help me with where I can find them?

  Finally, if M70 is not the right book for me, anyone knows another piece which has 1 GB RAM / 100GB HDD combination and supports Win2k as a BONE.

  Download and install any Satellite Pro C660 drivers for your Windows System. In case you are using Win 7 32 bit, download Win7 32-bit drivers
