    Hey Buddy,

It seems that the BIOS is damaged and it must be reflashed to an authorized service provider. This is a delicate procedure so these tools can t be downloaded and are only available for the FSA. On the Toshiba site, you can find a list of all FSA. Simply contact the closest in the country and ask for help. Guys will help you best possible

  • Satellite T100-107 - after update driver, I can't use Bluetooth

Satellite T100-107/getting updated driver killing Bluetooth windows 7 64 bit running.

Started toward the top of my new laptop, did all the microsoft and Toshiba updates and bluetooth does not work.
So I did a reinstall of the hard drive to the top, did all the updates and got the same result... bluetooth sees devices, but does not connect.
I have read all the threads here, no solutions. I messed with the settings, tried 4 different devices (mouse, telephone, headset another laptop); no difference. More rolled back a lot of pilots.

Then I reinstalled from the hard drive again once does no update at all and all devices are now connected
BUT, of course, I need to make updates.
If anyone has any advice on which you could give me this question?
If this isn't the case, I'll have to do each update singularly and check that I can always connect via bluetooth.

  • Satellite Pro 6100 - after updating the BIOS, it does not

    Hello

I am trying to upgrade my old of Satellite Pro 6100.

I started to upgrade the Bios via download from Toshiba (using WIN) site - OK downloaded zip files and installed, machine then stops. Problem, it does not restart - it's so now I have a laptop 'death' that is not responding to any key I tried.

    Any suggestions of resuscitation?

Already I've updated from XP to SP2.

    Hello

It sounds like that the BIOS update has failed and your laptop can start t again. But try this workaround:
Remove the AC adapter and the battery and then wait an hour. After that reconnect the adapter AC/DC and battery. Try to start the laptop.

If it doesn t work I think that the motherboard needs to be replaced or you go to an authorized service provider. Technicians can reflash the ROM module
But maybe you can find a motherboard of second hand cheap on eBay

  • Satellite L300 (PSLB8E) - after update BIOS no longer start

    Hello..
Please, help me to overcome this problem.

I downloaded the latest BIOS for my Satellite L300 PSLB8E. The previous BIOS was 1.90 but I was facing some nework of error so I thought to upgrade the BIOS can help solve. I have download a new BIOS which is the exe 2.10, its installed successfully, and then shut down, but never started again. I tried to start it several times. I tried all the keys. I don't see a power led and two battery light.

I don't know what to do now. I have a recovery disk but it also does not work. I'm stuck. II had built a bunch of emails to answer that I am lost now.

    Please help me someone.

    Hi dhaval2000in,

Unfortunately, I think the case is clear: something was wrong because the BIOS update and now your laptop can start t more :(

The Toshiba Recovery disk will not help you because it doesn't contain any BIOS programs it contains only an image of recovery of Windows with all the drivers and flashing tools.

In my opinion, please contact an authorized service provider in your country to get rid of it because the guys do reflash ROM. module
I m that you can clarify this issue with the technicians and then you can use your laptop again :)

  • Satellite Pro 4270: after update BIOS CPU speed at 250 MHz

    Welcome.

I have upgraded the BIOS to version 2.7 (downloaded on toshiba website) in Satellite Pro 4270 and after her, my bus speed decrease to 250 MHz, so now I have Celeron 250 MHz instead of 500 MHz. You have some suggestions? Where can I find the old version of the BIOS in v2.7?
    Thank you

    HI Artur,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to download an older version of BIOS on yout laptop since the BIOS update procedure is written to test later versions pre-installed and not too write.

You will need to take your laptop to a Service partner certified to have a previous version of the BIOS re-installed.

    Hello

I'm not sure but I think that the Toshiba DVD r /-RW / RAM (number P000399450) drive must be compatible with the Satellite A50.
It is also called DVD Super Multi drive, UJ-820BTJ6-A (G8CC0001S210)

I found it on this page:
    http://www.impactcomputers.com/p000399450.html

But generally the best way to control the compatible parts and devices is to contact Toshiba service partner in your country.
Here, you will get all Hamade on the right parts.

All this time the yellow indicator Burns power only. In a few minutes a laptop trying overloaded, but has no outside effect and so constantly.

    Hi enigmo,.

I can t imagine this happening due to the update of the BIOS. Have you tried to reinstall Windows using the Toshiba Recovery disk?

This BIOS downgrade is possible only to an authorized service. Technicians can install all versions because they have these special tools to do a downgrade.

On the Toshiba site, you can find a list of them. Just give the guy and ask for it. They will help you! :)

The other day I installed upgrading security KB977165. Later, I noticed problems both of the browsers that I use - IE8 and Firefox 3.5. Recalling the only software modification that I had done - update KB977165 - Finally I uninstalled it. There has been no problem browser since.

    Hello

    1. when exactly you receive this error message?

2 are you able to install the updates of windows successfully?

    Method 1:

I suggest you perform the clean boot and check.

Clean boot state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. If so, you need to maybe contact the manufacturer of the program for updates or uninstall and reinstall the program.
