  Use the option search on this forum and you will find several interesting discussions on WXP on Satellite A200. My A200 has Intel graphics card and I can't help you with Nvidia Geforce 7300.

  I have a Toshiba Satellite A200 - 130 PSAE0E - 00Y00YAR 32 - bit windows 7 I've updated from vista 32 bit and I had this problem during the game (World of Warcraft).

  I've had these accidents and I contacted Blizzard on the game but it has nothing to do with them, I also contacted microsoft and they told me to move towards you. My adapter is Mobile Intel 945 express chipset family and I need to update that I looked for one for my PC model and I couldn't find it. When the game crashes, I get this blue screen and it says "display drivers intel graphics accelerator driver for windows vista is not responding.

  As you can see it s not possible to remove the BIOS password. It can only be done from an authorized service provider.

  So, you should contact the guy and ask for help. They are able to remove a password from BIOS :)

  Try this short workaround:
  -Go to Device Manager and remove right CD / / DVD drive from the list of devices
  -Start the registry and delete the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters completely from the following registry key values: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
  -restart the laptop

  Now after the laptop has rebooted, the OS should reinstall the STRANGE and the STRANGE should appear in my computer.

• Satellite A200-130 - had black screen after BIOS updated

  I have Satellite A200-130 I install a windows Vista OS with success and after that, I have saved all the driver I DOWNLOAD and put on a single folder... but then I accidentally open the configuration files of the BIOS that is "setup.exe" with the file "skae180a.rom".

  BOS update starts automatically and I can't cancel it because my keyboard doesn't work simply do not. Then the update fails. I tried to restart my laptop using the touchpad and after reboot I just get BLACK SCREEN and HD led flash just once and my CD/DVD drive is displayed for 5 seconds and nothing happens.

  Now my laptop remains the same... just 'black screen '.

  I had exactly the same problem with my laptop A200, I spent so much time looking for a solution to this, I tried all the solution I got the net fourms but not at all, 100% bios chip be changed by ASP.
  UOP now I'm not sure that the A200 bios chip can be changed or I have to change all the Mo.
  I'll send it to ASP.

  I checked your previous assignments and it's very bad that you didn't have success with BT on your A200 Satellite installation. I have the Satellite A200-1CR with BT, and in my case everything was OK. Different components have been installed and where BT finished was ready for use.

  I know you hate me for this, but I recommend you to follow:
  1 install the OS via recovery DVD new
  2. unplug all external and Vista boot devices
  3. turn the WLAN switch on WE
  4. when the WLAN led is used in combination of keys FN + F8 and switch to BT only.
  Please, don't use option ALL

  After doing this BT components must be installed. It takes about 10 minutes, but in my case it worked fine. Please if you have time do it again. I really can't imagine that this will not work. Install BT after clean operating system installation.

  You can delete what you want ;) you can also install a different operating system.

  You would lose the guarantee only if you open and disassemble the laptop or attempt to upgrade not upgradable components such as CPU for example.
