• How can I get rid of the practice (news this morning) of messages that appear at the bottom of the Inbox message list when I don't want to see them?

  Until this morning, I could the cursor up and down on my list of the Inbox for messages I wanted to open (or delete without opening). Now, each message darn, the cursor stops on - or sometimes even just past above - appears below the line at the bottom of the list of messages. This means that I can't see so many messages listed at the same time as I could yesterday.
  I can get rid of the line (and the message that open automatically below) only by moving the cursor down on the line. I don't want to do that with every message that I make a break on or exceed. If I want to open a message, I'll open - it is not so difficult.
  I imagine that some people wanted this feature or that it would not have been installed. All I want is to be able to turn it off.

  There is no such feature added, because it would be ridiculous to implement.
  The problem you are experiencing is not a problem with Thunderbird.
  It is likely to be your mouse, mouse pad or keyboard.

  Emails do not open without a statement to open. That statement comes from the mouse, mouse pad, keyboard, then this is where to look.

  Either you're inadvertently clicking or your settings are too sensitive or maybe something is stuck, your mouse/keyboard mat is recording your action and act on it.
  Action comes from the mouse or carpets to mouse or keyboard and the computer includes an action is required and performs this action in Thunderbird.

  Determine if what you are doing when it occurs, what method to use and check the settings.

  I would go in your computer control settings to get for example: mouse pads
  and check the settings for sensitivity.

  If you use a mouse pad, it's too easy to press slightly harder and move cursor is interpreted as a left click. Check the sensitivity settings.
  Maybe your keyboard should be cleaned as keys become sticky.
  If you use a mouse, then make sure that your hands are not inadvertently pressing the buttons, the checksensitivity settings or maybe the mouse begins to fail, if not too sentive.

  ACPI is the installation of your Windows operating system power management. If this fails you may need to run a recovery system on your computer. You can do this with the hidden partition on your hard drive, but this will erase all data on your machine. If this does not resolve the problem, you may consider making your hard drive, checked bad sectors, as this may have failed.

Since yesterday I have SMS messages or send/recieve began to appear in the wrong order. For example, USUALLY the person who finally got a text Message from their conversation thread is displayed at the top of the list. Now, it's not happeneing. In addition, in a conversation thread most recent SMS sent/received message does not appear in consecutive order. Rather, older messages (from yesterday) will appear at the bottom, and to see the latest messages sent/received I need to scroll to the top of the older posts. Why my texts appear without all of a sudden? Any ideas?

  Hello all, I am facing a very big problem with Windows 7. I recently installed Eltima software keystroke recorder Advanced to monitor my child's web history, and after installing I rebooted my computer, you are prompted. After my laptop has rebooted, I noticed the home screen started flickering really bad and all users of my computer have been removed from the welcome / login screen. There is nothing to click on. All I see is the background of Windows 7 with this motion of annoying flicker. After a while, I received this error. "The instruction at 0x770ed7a9 referenced memory at 0x00000020. The memory could not be written. Click on ok to terminate the program. "I tried to see if holding the key ctrl + alt + del would do me any good, and he didn't. There is no need to restart the computer. However; I am able to use SafeMode (networking). I went to CMD and type "control userpasswords2" and the box was always checked for password and connect to display at startup. I'm running out of options...   Satellite A200 computer laptop does not recognize the HARD drive.
  Reconstruction of the disk with Vista or XP - Pro (on another machine) have proved to be unsuccessful.

  Originally, continually blue machine armored and quicky restarted, Machine was infected by the virus and Trojans that I believe have damaged BIOS. The BIOS now appears to have 'frozen' a HARD drive password (unknown) which transfers any HARD drive new - perpetuating the problem.

  Any ideas or suggestions are welcome, thanks.

  Usually, you should be able to remove the HARD drive password in the BIOS.
  You have to put the old HARD drive password must use ENTER to put an empty string as a new HARD drive password and you will need to confirm this
  Save the changes and restart again

  If this procedure is not possible or does not work then there must be something wrong with the BIOS, module ROM BIOS or motherboard.
  Maybe an update of BIOS/reflash could be useful, but generally all passwords must be removed before attempting a BIOS updates, which could be risky
  I think you should get in touch with a local ASP and need to ask for help, maybe the technician will be able to reflash the BIOS
