  It is difficult to say that the drivers you still need because Satellite A200 is not Windows 7 64 bit supported. With other words Toshiba doesn't provide all the drivers for this model and Windows 7 64-bit.

  AFAIK the Equium A200 can be upgraded up to 2 GB of RAM.

  It seems that it is a common problem with Vista.
  At first my laptop A100 CPU is recognized as two different processors with different speeds.
