  I can recommend nice tool called CCleaner it s free of charge and you can clean the registry, start menu and all entries background processes that would be loaded initially.

  I searched a bit using Google and I founded a few interesting articles on this BSOD code 0 x 00008086.

  It seems that the only solution for this problem is Toshiba Recovery disk now. I mean normally repair option would also be my first choice, but if you get a blue screen too, you don t have other options now.

  Then enter the Toshiba Recovery disk and boot of it. It can restore factory in a few minutes. Don t forget your whole HARD drive will be erased.

  I agree with Akuma. You can use the upgrade feature, but you will get the same version as before. AFAIK most Satellite A300 were shipped with Vista Home Premium and then you will also get Windows 7 Home Premium. In my opinion for home use that s enough and under Vista, all versions of Windows 7 already contains the Windows backup feature. If you want professional or ultimate edition, you must purchase a copy of it.

  And why your A300 shouldn't t works with Windows 7? I mean if Toshiba sells this option of upgrade on some models they will be definitely supported. ;)

  Hearing of 2015 CC takes too long to start. As more than a minute.

  Using administrator rights does not make a difference.

  Fresh install... even though I updated from Windows 8.1 to 10 Windows (Windows updater) and I had hearing in Win8.1 so... is there any cleaner Adobe application that I could use to solve this problem?

  I found the solution!

  Simply find the file dynamiclinkmanager.exe on any folder of Adobe products, that is having this same problem, and remove the extension (.exe) format to it.

  Confirm the action and open the hearing as quickly as it should.

  The driver for the HDMI Control Manager is only available for Vista 32 bit and 64 bit!
  There is no special driver HDMI for Win XP!

  But why are you needed it?
  I m not an A300 owner but my other Satellite was equipped with HDMI port and I installed Win XP too.
  I n t need a driver HDMI in order to use the HDMI port.

  I have connected my external monitor via a HDMI cable and everything works perfectly!

• Satellite A300 - I need new graphics drivers for games

  I have the Satellite A300 and the graphics drivers are so old; round a year or two.
  ATI got 9.3 and release tomorrow 9.4.

  I can t use them because ATi say it is Toshiba s responsibility to make them for laptops. S Toshiba drivers are a year old, so that a customer can do now?

  Some games like WOW sometimes crashes and it's graphics card problem.
  Doesn't that I paid for support or I got the satellite with full support?

  Just wanted to know if the next time I'll get a laptop among other things choose manufactures

  Why will you need new drivers?
  I think that WOW (World of Warcraft?) is not the most recent game and older drivers should also work for this.
  So do you need a new driver display for what games?

  A few problems in games could be resolved with a patch. Did you check that?

• Satellite A300 - Touchpad gets too hot

  I bought a Satellite A300 last week and I noticed that when I use the computer for an hour or so the touchpad becomes very hot.
  And also the area of the left hand next to the touchpad.

  Is this normal? Is there a way to reduce it?

  Hi Pedro,

  I put t know what what is for you hot and wasn't, but on my Toshiba Satellite laptop I've never had a problem that it too hot.

  Normally, I recommend to clean the laptop with a jet of compressed air, but I think that is not necessary because the laptop is only a week.
  Maybe the fan or the heatpipe is malfunctioning. Or the thermal grease to be renewed

  I put t know but in your case, I would go to an authorized service provider. Technicians can check your laptop and it should be free, because the laptop must be under warranty if it s a week-old.

• Satellite A300 - black screen after long race

  I have Toshiba Satellite A300 1 portable PC series since 2008.

  It worked fine until the last few days. 2 days back when I started, it works fine until I go to bed (about 4-5 hours).
  "" I put my computer on and I slept, when I woke up in the morning, seen the button works / stop light is lit, "plugged in", "lit", "battery" all the lights are on but black screen of the tower.

  I moved the mouse, you press the mouse, press the SPACEBAR, enter keys on the keyboard, but nothing of this fact the live screen.
  I checked the fan works and the machine is hot normally.

  I noticed the CPU/HDD LED does not blink, the fact does not illuminate.

  The day before yesterday was also even, but after that restart was again very well.
  yesterday also repeated the same thing.
  Today also repeated the same thing.

  Please note my power saving mode: hip - turn off monitor - 1 minutes, turn the HARD drive - never.

  This setting is for last 2-3 years and normally off the monitor used to live on the movement of the mouse / key pressing.

  Can someone please help me figure out why my screen goes black after a night or more running morning.
