  I have the sound turned on, Ive tried to play music from itunes, videos on media player, videos from youtube... no noise at all

  I just bought a new Satellite A350-02 t to replace a non-defective Toshiba laptop. My old laptop was 1.6 GHz AMD Turion Dual Core with 2x256KB of cache L2 and 1 GB of RAM and slow. Often, I have to wait for the programs to load or switch between the screens.

  My new laptop is 2.16 GHz Intel Pentium Dual Core with 1 MB of L2 Cache and 3 GB of RAM and seems to run pretty slow as well. I was expecting to fly compared to my old laptop.
