  The graphics card in your laptop is not necessarily compatible with the latest drivers from the manufacturer, simply because it is specially designed for your laptop. Usually only the drivers supplied by Toshiba works correctly.

  When you use the Flash cards they still "spoil" i.e. blurring and basically they are unusauable. I went on the site of toshiba and downloaded the latest package of added value.

  However, when I run the Setup it says its already installed and I should remove in Add/Remove Programs (Control Panel).   Before you try to install a new display driver, you must remove any old version in Add/Remove programs. Then, restart the laptop and use CCleaner to clean the system. Restart again and then install the new version.

  You have the same problem with the factory settings? In the worst case, you must reinstall Windows using Toshiba recovery disc.
