  Usually, you need to install the webcam driver and sound to get the microphone working. The microphone is a part of webcam

  As you wrote, Satellite A210 is not Windows 7 64 bit supported, so the only option you have the Vista 64 bit drivers

  In my opinion, you should check if the Microphone is turned on in Windows audio settings. There you can also activate the Microphone Amplifier, which can increase the volume of the microphone.

But the problem is that there is no drivers for Vista 64-bit, so I tried a Windows 7 64 bit and here I could found the more pilots.   The problem is that U920T satellite is not listed as Win 10 support unit and, therefore, drivers earn 10 Toshiba and software that controls the FN keys is not released.
  But as far as I know using the FN keys, system of Toshiba and the Support of Flash Card Utility driver must be installed.

  Maybe you can try the drivers released for other models of portable Win 10 supported...

  I am not sure, but it may be because of the SP1. I installed Vista Ultimate on A200 and stuff all listed (drivers, tools and utilities) from Toshiba support page.
