• Bluetooth has disappeared from the Device Manager

  My computer does not detect bluetooth devices. I went to the bluetooth menu and unchecked and rechecked the boxes 'discovery' and so on.   This problem occurs if one of the following conditions is true:

  • The Bluetooth support service has not been started.
  • The Bluetooth support service is not configured to use the local administrator account.

  Click Start > right click on computer > Manage > Device Manager > USB controllers expand > right click and click on all the USB root hub and host controllers > restart if you are prompted or click check for material changes.

  In your case I contact an authorized service provider and leave guys check your laptop. If there is a hardware malfunction they'll find it and fix the laptop under warranty so it of free for you. :)

  Hello I have a HP Envy 13 - x 2 j002dx and I'm having bluetooth associated with is questions is frustrating given the bluetooth keyboard. Every day my bluetooth driver disappears from the Device Manager and the bluetooth settings option does not appear again. I need to reinstall the Intel bluetooth driver (sp68385) every day and even if I can't find the device manager driver he said whenever the driver is already on my computer. Please help I love the computer, but I'm ready to get rid of it because of this problem. I don't have to reinstall a driver every two days or so to use my keyboard.

  Another thing to try... restoration/uninstall both drivers WiFi and bluetooth. Especially if you have just updated their.   My captivate project has the PlayBar disabled on quiz questions, which works very well.  However, if I move to the back of a quiz in a content slide, the PlayBar is gone (even if it is the first time I saw the content).  I tried to adjust the cpcmndshowplaybar to 1 on this content slide to see if it would work, but no luck.

  I tried an empty project with a 1 x blade and question slides x 1 and I get the same bug, disappears from the play bar.

  Hi all, I made a workaround for the problem as follows:

  1 to edit > Preferences > Quiz > settings: I unchecked «hide PlayBar in Quiz»

  2. in the project > Skin Editor: I unchecked «hide PlayBar in Quiz»

  3. on skiing all the content, I executed a playback show advanced action cpCmdShowPlaybar with 1 bar

  4. in the Question pool, on all the content slides I executed a PlayBar hide advanced action cpCmdShowPlaybar with 0

  That did the trick, it is not save time or probably not the right way to do it, but has solved the problem.
