Satellite A660 - how to transfer video from my digital camera?

How can I directly transfer video from my digital camcorder Panasonic in my A660? I want to burn DVDs. Camera has an HDMI output, and/or 3 taken RCA (audio / video) wire.

Hello

AFAIK output HDMI will not help because HDMI port on your laptop's HDMI port only. You must use other ports.
I put t know which ports your laptop exactly.

Can you post the exact model laptop (A660-xxx) name?

  • Satellite A660: how to record videos with USB webcam?

I recently bought a Satellite A660, which has a built-in webcam. Using the Toshiba provided video application I can record videos, but I find the clarity and brightness of the rather poor image, even in good lighting.

I have a USB webcam that I plugged in and tested for example in Skype, and he produces images much better under the same conditions. My question is: How can I know Toshiba video application to use instead of the built-in USB webcam? I can't find any settings where I can choose which camera to use.

If this is not possible, do I need to install other video recording software? Windows 7 does not have all the applications where you can simply record a video from a webcam (I thought Windows Move Maker to do that, but apparently not).

I just want to be able to record videos of my USB webcam - any suggestions on the best way to proceed would be welcome.

    Thank you

    Howard

Put I don't think something like this is possible. Pre-installed Camera Assistant Software is obviously designed to work with the built in cam only.
What you need is a third party software that you can use for this application.

Google around a bit and visit a few video forums where you can pick up some info on it.

Download via your connection FireWire (IEEE-1394) would be the
    best bet.

  • How to transfer videos from the internet

I want to copy a video from the internet, transfer it to a DVD and play on my tv.

Can you play Flash videos on a TV?

You can download YouTube videos with Video Downloadhelper extension.

You need a plugin for your browser to play the videos and an application to play videos offline, but an extension works better for downloading videos.

  • How to transfer videos from your Windows PC on iPad Air

Recently, I bought an iPad Air model No. A1475 16 GB (WiFi + cell). This is my first iOS device. I figured out how to sync the music via iTunes. But, I can't sync videos from my PC to my iPad.I need for instructions on how to do it. Thank you...

You want them to go in videos app for the iPad? If you do, then you should be able to do this in a similar way that sync you music on your iPad.

You have added videos to your PC iTunes library - file > add to library, otherwise (if they are not in a compatible format, you will need to convert them on your PC, then add them to your iTunes library). They are likely to enter the movies section of your iTunes library and should show on the movies tab of the iPad for the selection and the synchronization to the application of the iPad videos:

    2. what exactly happens when you sync? You get the error message?
    3. How have you connected the phone to the computer? Via USB or Bluetooth?

You can also try to connect the phone using the mass storage Mode and check if you are able to transfer videos. To select the mass storage Mode, see the phone manual, or contact the manufacturer.

I'm unable to import photos from my smartphone or a digital camera to my MacBook Pro and my iMac.  The smartphone is not recognized by the two systems.   It is a firewall setting or another security setting that prevents me from copying photos on each device to allow me to print photos.

What app do you use to get there? If it is an Apple device try Image Capture (in the Applications folder). If it's an android, you might need to google to the top as Kies app.

I have a toshiba Satellite 2410-504, which gave me the blue screen so I bought a L300 to replace.

Can I switch from hard drives overall if they are compatible or y at - it an advance to do and how... help!

The only way I know, it's that you buy an external HARD drive enclosure where you can put in the old HDD. Connect the HARD drive old this is the case with the USB cable to your laptop new and then you can copy your documents and photos.

These cases are not expensive and s for external HARD drive are very practical.

  • Satellite A200: How to capture video from your camcorder

I bought a JVC GR-D50EK camcorder, about 4 years ago. So far I have never tried capture video on the computer, but I need to do now and I can't seem to do. I have a Toshiba Sat A200 which I bought 2 weeks ago and I tried to use Ulead DVD MovieFactory and Windows MovieMaker.

ImageMixer that came with the camcorder doesn't seem to work either. I downloaded the update to version 1.1. I don't know where to start looking for the answer.

The software for the camcorder has installed successfully, and when I plug it into the PC via USB, it seems to be seen very well in the Device Manager. It's just when I try to use any of the software it seems to be seen.

It appears under imaging devices in Device Manager, but when I go to scanners and cameras, it does not appear

It should be done very easily. It is important that your cam is recognized by the system and shown in Ulead DVD MovieFactory. Use the save option and at the same time press PLAY on the camcorder. You should be able to see the film in DVD MovieFactory window.

If works well with my Sony camcorder. In my case I have firewire connection on my laptop.
