  I'm not too sure about the P10, but on my A30 the hadr drive is under the DVD-ROM. It is secured in place by a single screw (accessible from under the laptop), and when it is deleted the DVD-ROM slides just to place revealing the hard drive.

  The hard drive is fixed with 4 screws (2 on each side)

  As far as I know these parameters do not exist and if the laptop has shared memory it runs automatically.
  In the past, that Toshiba has never offered these options in the BIOS, and so far nothing has changed.

  On some version of Vista (Ultimate, Business) it would be possible to install a multi language package allowing to change the language of the OS, but you can do this by using a Vista Home edition.

  In your case you will need a new Vista operating system. But you must buy the full version because the serial at the bottom of the device key will NOT work.

  Did you already check if the wireless adapter is listed in the Device Manager?

  What about other FN keys? If you press the FN key you can see Flash cards on the top of the screen? There should be an option to set wireless on.
