  This page is saved in UTF-16 format (Content-Type: text/html (UTF-16 BOM, litte-endian)) in your text editor. The CSS file is sent as ISO-8859-1. Firefox fun to see all the files in the same encoding. The other pages are send as ISO-8859-1 and so use the CSS file. You will need to re - save this page as ISO-8859-1 and download the corrected version.

  Access the site on your computer or the manufacturer of the graphics card > drivers download Section > then key in your computer or a model number graphic card > find your operating system > find two graphics / video or the drivers of the Chipset and download and install.

  Please open page 51 in the document of the user s manual and you will find explanation how to switch between internal or external display.

  You n t need to reinstall the Toshiba controls again.

  What you need to do is to properly configure the Toshiba control button.

  In Control Panel, you can find the Toshiba control utility.

  The first tab called buttons provides two parameter to configure the Internet and CD/DVD button.

  There, you have to assign the Internet Explorer (default browser) to Internet button and apply the changes.

• Flash animation does not correctly load in Internet Explorer only

  I have a simple flash animation which through text and pictures. I have a (AS3) preloader on frame 1, which sends the playhead to the frame 2, once the film is loaded 100%. For some reason, in Internet Explorer, the preloader bar will load completely, but fail to move the playhead to the frame 2, so it will just stay here with prestressing bar to 100%. However, this does not happen every time. For example, at the present time, the flash animation will play when I initially on the site, but when I click on another page, the same flash header (same swf on each page) just goes to show the preloader bar but will not play the rest of the film. Didn't help not reload the page. Close the browser and reopen it don't help. Clearing the cache of the browser did not help either. Thus, the flash animation will play correctly on the first page of the site I'm going to (be it the home page or another page) but then when I go to any other page that has flash animation, he won't play, he's there with the preloader bar showing.   Can just that in IE, the ProgressEvent never triggers - because your content is already cached.  See what happens if you add the following lines again (end of the sample code):
