  You are lucky, your laptop still works except keyboard after water spill. I work as an engineer at Hp computer service, and clients sometimes bring us computers completely dead after water, juice, coffee spill. Heh.

  Contact your Toshiba service center to solve the problem. but I do not know if the warranty covers the it. In Hp Centre of such situation is not covered. We do it just for the money.

  If this laptop was purchased January 2, 2016 to Dubai to Sharaf DG.

  Here are the specs:
  Intel Core i5-6200U 2.3 GHz with Turbo Boost 2.8 GHz processor (6th generation) / 4 GB RAM / 1 TB HDD / DVD RW / 15.6 "LED / Intel HD Graphics / Windows 10 (x 64).

  just after that I have plug in the audio device (speedlink system) the sound is clear and loud than usual (as in the laptop before).
