This can be done with the preinstalled Toshiba Recovery Media Creator who creates the Toshiba recovery disc. This disc contains a picture to factory settings (Windows with all the drivers and tools) and can be used to restore the factory settings every time.
  So you need this disc to install Vista with the supplied software.
