  I had a Satellite C650 laptop with Windows 7 and inside the h2o bios, works fine for about a year now. The problem, as this post came yesterday when I was using the laptop as usual.   To be honest I m unaware of models of laptops available in Australia but I assume it must be the same. I found the info which batteries are compatible with the European Satellite C650 and I think you can use the same with your machine. Here is the list:

  Check the specifications of each model and choose one that suits.
