I have also 2 other machines which connect without problems, one of them is a Satellite earlier.

I tried the network troubleshooter who wants that I reset the router, I tried, but it makes no difference.
I would be grateful if anyone has any ideas.

Hi ralwat,

Interesting, but what operating system, do you?

I put also t know what the problem is exactly, but you should check if there is a newer version of the WLAN driver on the official website of Toshiba. The problem is maybe a problem of driver driver update would be useful:

    Hey Buddy,

This error message means that an incorrect boot order is set and the computer tries to start between LAN port to the internal HARD disk space. It should therefore go into BIOS setup and change the boot order. Put the HARD drive as the first boot device internal.

    Hello

Toshiba satellite L650 laptop computer (with windows 7 64-bit), I bought two days back and I'm unable to connect to the public network. Sometimes, it must be connected to the public network and after a few minutes it disconnects. I get the message "wireless network doesn't have a valid IP configuration him."

I have visited many forums and did everything, but of no use.

    1. people with disabilities the tcp/ip V6 of the registry.
    2. the DHCP is enabled. With the help of the automatic IP (DHCP)
    3. also tried with a static IP configuration.
    4. uninstalled the antivirus provided with laptop computer (Norton).
    5 disabled the windows firewall.
    6. restored to factory settings.

I called Toshiba Tech support as well and they have suggested that it may be a problem of H/W but I don't think that so that it can be hardware problem because sometimes he must be connected to the public network. Now I'm left with no option except return the laptop to Toshiba (I'm less interested in this because I know that sending laptop for replacement will be more frustrating).

Can someone please give some other suggestions for this problem?

    Hey,.

Can you connect to your home WIFI router correctly?

If you have problems with the public network connection, you should ask the owner of these networks. Usually, there is always a contact, you can ask if you have any problems with the connection.

What you can try is updated WLAN driver from Toshiba's official website:

  • Satellite A300 - unable to connect to my router

    Hi all

I have a Satellite A300 and a Satellite A300D. Since a year im dealing with a problem and eat my heart. I have problems to connect to my router, for the moment I have a Netgear ADSL modem router wireless. When I am looking for a wireless network it seems to find the network, but when I want to connect I get the message network is no longer in the area.

The distance between my modem and laptops are 3 meters in an apartment, even when im sitting on my router :-) this is not not possible to connect to the wlan. Tried to connect without any wep/wpa encryption, no effect. Played with communication channels @ the properties of the wireless network adapter and the router, but this isn't a solution.

Before I got the Netgear, I had a Linksys / Sweex / Cisco pro / router Wlan from HP. I tried all brands of wlan, with all routers routers of this I had the same problem.

Frustrating him of is that I can connect to my neighbors without any problem, but not my own network.

Anyone having the same problem or know a solution?

Have you tried to update the WLAN driver on two laptops? You can find it on the Toshiba site and I would update the BIOS too:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com-online decision-making supported Downloads & => Download drivers

What operating system do you use? If you use Vista, you must disable the WLAN to save energy card. You can do it in Vista Power Options.

You use the same standard WiFi on your laptop as on the router? For example I mean project. G check this!

At the moment it is not easy to say what is the reason for this, but I hope that I could help you a little. :)

  • Satellite L20: Unable to connect to the internet using mobilephone & dongle BT Mecer

    Hi all

Mine is an edition of Satellite L20.
I recently installed XP Professional Service Pack 3. I connect to internet using my USB cable with my Sony Ericsson C702 (use the phone as a modem).

Since there is no bluetooth built into my laptop.
So, I bought a Mecer bluetooth dongle. I installed the bluetooth software. Can I transfer data between my laptop and my mobile phone via bluetooth.

Now the problem is I can not connect to the internet via bluetooth. I opened my bluetooth IVT software and paired my laptop and mobile computer. Then I opened my Sony ericsson suit and looked for my mobile finds, my mobile and still once he pairs with my cell phone and when he tries to connect with my mobile phone its shows "device cannot be detected, try again." I tried to reconnect, not matching and pairing it several times, but no use.

I also found one thing, just after it displays "Device cannot be detected," a pop-up message "SEPCSuite.exe has encountered a problem and closes the window with options."
    1) send to microsoft
    Including 2) send.

What can we do to fix this problem?

    No idea...?

  • Re: Satellite L770 - unable to connect to the WiFi N project

I can connect when I set my router "mixed b/g/n" but only 54 Mbps but if I change the router 'one n' while I can find the network but cannot connect. My most old laptop, Satellite L500D can connect mode "n" without any problem. These are the only devices connected wirelessly and the problem persists if old pc is turned off. In the interface of the routers, I see my connection has / g, older Satellite mode shows n mode as it should.

Drivers are updated, router D - link DIR - 615 with the latest firmware.

    Hi JP75,.

What exactly happens if you try to connect to the router N project? You get an error message or what happens?

It is not easy to say why the works of N doesn't correctly project but first of all, I would try a driver WLAN official Portal of Toshiba:

  • Unable to connect to messages

OS X Version El Capitan 10.11.6 brand new computer, bought a week ago

iMessages was working fine and then suddenly wasn't.  I can't connect at all - just said that authentication has failed.  My apple ID is very well - can connect to it on iCloud.  Tried to do a Reset of the PRAM twice and a secure boot.

Was on the phone with Apple for an hour, in which the person, said it was not good for com.apple.Messages to be empty when we shared the screen.  Me given to a senior who has completed the call, I tried to reinstall a new operating system on my computer, which also did not work for some reason any.  I prefer not to go to an apple store as there is no less than an hour from me.  I have no idea why iMessages does not work for me, and the people on the phone I talked were little or no assistance.  I would be grateful for any real advice, as have never even posted on a forum, but I don't know what else to do.

    Hello

There may be several causes and the reasons for it.

Resetting the NVRAM (PRAM) is a good start.

    Secure boot is also good.

Can we go to the Apple icon on the top Menu on the left and use the words this Mac option.

In the tab 'Panorama', the serial number must be considered.

It is used in an iMessages server-specific connection device (with the Apple ID and password)

    It shows?

If it is go to Applications/Utilities and open Keychain Access.

Select top "Login" on the left if it isn't already.

Select "Password" at the bottom left.

On the right side look for

    ID: YourAppleID- Auth Token

The 'YourAppleID' should be used email as Apple ID in iMessages.

Delete this, but let the Keychain Access open.

Restart the Messages and try to connect again.

    The ID element is recreated?

If not then open a Finder window and use the Menu to go, while holding down the ALT key.

Select the library and go to preferences.

    Find both of these:-

com Apple.IMessage.Bag.plist holds that the last iMessages server is connected to.

com.Apple.IDS.service.com.Apple.Madrid.plist contains the Apple ID and alternatives listed in the application.

Restart Messages (both are re-created if it works).

    It work?

It is as much as you can test/do with your own Mac and the Apple ID user account

If you have access to another identifier Apple try that.

    Does it work?

In system preferences > users and groups, you can enable comments represent or specially create a Mac user account to test.

    Connect to this account

Set up the iMessages with your normal Apple ID

IMessages correctly takes into account Login?

If so, we will have to look more at your Mac user account.

If it is not, it is unlikely that Apple ID it is blocked at the level of the iMessages Server (this is a security feature that is supposed to prevent people from impersonating you - based on specific device connection - but for some, it fires when it shouldn't, but there is no adjustment on the Mac end.

Come back to this stadium, as well as the details for the "Fix" winded newspaper and this bouquet is long enough already.

  • Satellite C650 - how to connect to HD TV

    Hello

I was wondering if it was ok to connect the C650 laptop to HDTV using an AVG for an HDMI cable.

    It work?

    concerning

    Hello

First of all this laptop does not support HDMI or DVI port.
It seems to be equipped with an output port that can be used to connect an external video monitor VGA.

Now everything depends on your LCD TV.
I don't know which ports are supported by your TV but you should look for a cable or an adapter that would connect laptop VGA (RGB port) s and the video in port on your TV.

But it of not possible to connect the VGA to HDMI. But maybe you can connect VGA/DVI (DVI would be supported by TV)
