  I have a Satellite C660-26z. I try to use Trimble/google sketchup (3d modeling program) but keep an error message "Bug splat."

  Google suggested that I up date my permit, when I try to update from Intel, I get an error message telling me it was modified by the Assembly of the computer and communicate with them.

  We know that you can not use drivers provided by graphics card manufacturers. Not for laptops. Display drivers are changed by laptop manufacturers to provide the balance between performance and protection of the equipment.

  What you can try is to check if Toshiba offers a newer driver for new models of portable computers.

  If you can find new display drivers for:
  Satellite L775 (PSK6DE)
  Satellite R700 (PT314E)
  Satellite Pro U630 (PSK01E)

• HD4600 graphics driver update problems

  Hello - I had problems with my new pc from HP ENVY 700-515xt CTO. Somehow, the file system has become corrupted I made a recovery through the recovery Partition procedure. Who went well as far as I know.

  All updates have been applied, and a new HD4600 Graphics Driver has been installe-10.18.14.4029-18/11/2014. Now, the driver stops and restarts frequently. The site of HP Software and Driver said the most recent driver is 10.18.10.3995 Rev.A-

  June 9, 2015, but la.4029 settles. There is no way to roll back the driver Rev.A.3995.

  Please advise on this problem and help me. If you need more information, newspapers, etc., please let me know.

  I have a Toshiba Satellite P750/05q with a Nvidia GT540M graphics card.

  Toshiba drivers are quite old compared to the generic drivers from Nvidia, but I read that I should only use the Toshiba drivers.

  Hi guys, my first post here. I've upgraded to Windows 7 through HP. I downloaded the graphics driver latast Mobile Intel(r) 45 Express Chipset (8.15.10.1808A). It will not install on my machine. He informed me of an "unknown error" and pushes me to cancel the installation. Anyone else having this problem? It supposed to be compatible with my laptop TR. (YOU Presario CQ61-212). TA.

  Thank you Daniel for answering my message. While the NVIDIA GEFORCE driver is an option, my driver is INTEL (R). I have since solved the problem by installing the BIOS update. Then, I was able to successfully install the graphics driver updated. Thanks again.

• HP Pavilion x 360 Convertible: the Intel HD graphics driver update fails to install

  I got my new laptop for Christmas and a few days ago, HP support assistant told me that there was a Version "Intel high definition (HD) Graphics Driver Update": 10.18.15.4281Ep3. I downloaded the updated, but after that 4 attempts trying to install via HP support assistant I kept getting the same message "installation failed." Then, I went to my downloads through Explorer of files and found the downloaded file. When I click on the file it takes me to the Setup Wizard and I can start the installation, but about 2/3 of the way if the installation I get the same message "the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process" and then the installation completes without completing. I'm not sure how to find out which process is using the file or how to do the complete installation so I would really appreciate your help.

  Follow the steps below to uninstall the driver:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Type devmgmt.msc
  3. Press Ok
  4. Right-click on the graphics card and select Uninstall
  5. Restart the computer

  After the computer restarts, run the Windows Update and the last update will be installed.

  I have a Satellite L650 PSK1EE.
  Sorry if this is not the right place to post but I could not find anywhere else to start a new thread.

  Essentially my children want to use * Minecraft * on this laptop. I downloaded it but get the error message that my graphics driver is not compatible opengl. I only have Intel. So I tried the usual driver updates, then I tried to download a generic Intel driver but I don't know which one is right.

  Once I have selected * chart * then * laptop graphics driver * s then I get the choice between 2nd or 3rd generation processors, accelerators and mobile chipsets, which none means nothing to me and I'm stuck.

  It seems that some people have managed to circumvent the built-in graphics card driver and update manually one this way, once you know what you download and then unzip and so on...

  Of course, I can waste my time.

  If anyone knows how to proceed, I'd be very grateful for any help so that I can stop spending hours Googling this.

  I m using Intel drivers too and I n t have a problem to install.

  If you have tried to install the driver through setup.exe, you should try manual in Device Manager. Right-click on the graphic card > driver update. Use the Advanced installation step and choose the driver directory yourself.

  Before installing the driver, you must remove the older version first, and then restart the laptop.

  I got my brand new HP ENVY 15-j101ex for almost a month now and it works very well. I tried to play any of my games on it and after 20 minutes the laptop crashed. After searching the cause, it turns out that my Nividia Geforce and Intel Graphics driver have been exceeded. I updated the driver from Nividia and everything went well. However, whenever I have download the new driver for the Intel graphics card it is not updated and simply say that my computer does not meet the minimum requirements. I checked the name of the driver and I even used the center of the action on my computer that I warned that I needed to update my driver and he even gave me a link to download from, but the same error occurred.

  Now, I can't play ang game without my computer crashing down. Everyone has faced this problem and does anyone have a solution?

  The default settings in the BIOS load after update? If this is not the case, go into the BIOS and load the default settings. You can enter the BIOS if you press F2 before Windows start and then press the F9 key to load defaults. Then save & exit the BIOS Setup.

  You can create the Toshiba Recovery disk every time. Just launch the pre-installed Toshiba Recovery Media Creator and follow the instructions on the screen. You need just a few blank DVDs to create the discs. Disks contain a factory image of settings which can be restored each time and how many times you want to so with these disks, you are on the safe side ;)

  Blue screen of death (BSOD) may be caused by software or hardware problems.
  To know if it of really a software problem, you can try running a HARD drive recovery procedure which would fix the laptop back to factory settings.
