  Hi, just bought this laptop (5 days), the cooling fan is not turned off, the computer feels cool so don't know why it has run all the time. Read other articles on the upgrade of the BIOS but wouldn't go the upgrade in case missed me something obvious. It is a laptop replacement after the last Toshiba laptop (3 weeks old) no longer works in total.
