  I sent you this link last night via Message private and also posted in your other thread on the subject.  You should be able to use as disk utility here: create a disk image of physical Mac OS X install media.

  If this process fails to create an image that starts on your newer Mac, please let us know, as this is a question we want to address.  I'm not aware of any circumstances which require a downgrade from Fusion 5 install Snow Leopard Server.

  In any case I recommend you to use only the designed Toshiba chipset driver. It is tested and adapted for this hardware platform. I'm not 100% sure but I assume that your graphics card is with shared memory. Am I wrong?

  Thanks for posting, as you might expect, there are troubleshooting you can undertake to check why the download does not work.   3. Filter the list by typing in the search bar at top. Enter scanWhenDone. Now you should find the "browser.download.scanWhenDone" preference.
