I went on it one day and I got on and I got was a blue screen loop does not start in verbose or safe or upgrader mode, or Internet. recovery, I get the line of command (cmd and s at startup) and fsck - fy to check my system and everything seems ok my friend friendly Apple suggested, it's a damaged operating system or hd is at his last breath, where the startup problem. IM wondering if theres a fix (permanent or temporary) until my new hd and disk os arrives. Any help will be greatly appreciated

• Satellite P500 - blue screen on webcam whenever I try to use Skype

  Whenever I try to use Skype all I get is a blue screen where my webcam should be. I checked to see if my webcam doesn't work at all, and all I get is the web cam iniliziation failed Please check device and restart.

  I tried this but nothing helped. I also tried to reinstall the camera and update the drivers. Still nothing.
  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I was told that if I update the BIOS it might be useful, but I also said that this could screw up the laptop completely...

  In front of me, I have Satellite P500 and I use it almost a year now. Since the first day I use it with Win7 preinstalled original and Skype.
  Up to now, I have strength to have one problem with cam or Skype. Everything works fine.

  Are you using the original pre-installed OS? Since when you noticed this problem?
  You can use cam with other applications?
  Cam is listed in Device Manager?
