    Hi people,
    Hope someone can help me.

    My keyboard has developed a problem and won't let me enter the key 1 or 6.
    All the others work fine. This random enjoy error at first, but now seems to be like that all the time. I did a system restore, but that did not help. I am running Windows 7.

    Any suggestions, help will be appreciated.

    I guess that your keyboard is faulty. That would explain the problem. Only for test purposes, connect an external USB keyboard and check how it works.
    If everything works correctly, the keyboard controller is OK and it is certainly a problem of internal keyboard.
    In this case only the replacement keyboard help.
    Where the guarantee is valid, I would recommend contacting a sine of Toshiba ASP this would be fixed for free.

    I encounter this problem with Firefox 23. I've upgraded to Firefox 28 and the problem persists. It is not limited to the connection so. Sometimes, when I fill out forms online and press on submit at the bottom of the form, nothing happens.

    Recently, I had to reset my password on a website. Once the password has been reset, I was able to enter my username and a new password; but when I clicked the Connect button, nothing happened. There was no rotation arrow or whatever it is stated that Firefox even try to connect.

    Sometimes online forms let me enter my name but not my zip code. Sometimes the form is my complete address and Firefox won't let me enter data up to a certain point, then it stops. I find exasperating sometimes and wonder if there is a way to solve this problem.

    It is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted if clear cookies does not work.

    Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete the other files of cookies as cookies.sqlite - journal in the profile folder of Firefox in the case where the cookies.sqlite file has been corrupted.

    Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode without failure.

    In order to uninstall IE11 you should go to the Windows Control Panel-> program and features-> view installed updates-> Microsoft Windows-> Windows Internet Explorer 11.

    You can try to boot mode safe (repeatedly press F8 during startup).  Somehow, I don't think it works well.

    If this does not work, then you need start the console recovery and perhaps running a disk with the /F option verify operation undertakes to repair the problem.

    Here are the usual methods to solve this problem:

    • Restart the computer with your Windows repair CD, then use system restore to set Windows in a few days (only works if you have recently changed the password).
    • Log on to your account admin to spare, and then reset the password for your existing account (works only if you set up an alternative admin account).
    • Insert your flash drive USB with the password key file (only works if you have taken the time to create such a key file).
    • Check your paper files (works only if you threw down the password somewhere)
