  My battery is currently saying "consider replacing your battery" because it does not load completely. Had the laptop a little over 2 years so I guess that a battery replacement is necessary.

  Why not? When you remove battery right you will find part number. All you need to do is order a new following this part number. And of course I recommend buying the original Toshiba battery and not a cheap no. product name.

  I think that the RTC battery in my old laptop satellite 300CDS died and I want to replace it, because the date system is lost if I don't use the computer for a while. The battery itself seems relatively easy to find on online shops (Varta standard part).

  I did, however, find a manual with enough detail on how to "disassemble" the computer without the risk of damaging it.

  Do you have such a guide or manual?

  My apologies if this question is in the wrong part of the forum but I need help with a problem of battery for my Toshiba laptop.

  I have a Satellite A300 and did it for about 4 years.
  Battery recently not to organize free and put this up to age so I ordered a new online.
  My previous battery had issue PA3534U-1BRS DC 10.8V and 4000 mAh and my new battery PA3534U-1BRS DC 10.8V and 4000 mAh.

  The problem is that the computer does not seem to like it.
  If I put the battery and connect the power adapter red battery icon will show and stay for about 5 minutes before you start to Flash.
  When I turn on the computer and log on to the computer displays "battery not detected" in the battery in the tool bar icon.
  I couldn't so far to charge the battery.

  What I am doing wrong? Any ideas on how I can get around this?

  First of all there are no many things that must be done if you replace the battery.
  The new battery should be automatically recognized by laptop and the Windows System.
  If it s not the case, then the battery is not completely compatible or malfunctioning.

  But 2 weeks later a new was also broken. Then I used my father's map (it has the same specifications) which merged in 1 week.

  What is going on? Where is the problem. I think it's my battery.

  It seems that your adapter is damaged by the oscillation of voltage.

  I can't image the laptop that has the same voltage as the AC damaged HQ with a swing of voltage!

• Satellite Pro 4600 battery recognition problem

  Hi all

  I have a strange problem with my Satellite pro 4600 (SP460E-03371-G3) laptop. I have the battery with the AC adapter unplugged, but the battery indicator turns on (no green, not orange). And the laptop does not start when I push the power button. It's like when the battery is discharged. When I plug in the power adapter, AC power light turns green, Notepad starts OK. And cams CIHI surprise: when I plug the AC everything works perfectly on battery power, but still no sign of the green or orange battery indicator. If I check the power state in Windows XP, the system indicates that the laptop works on current alternative, but the AC is disconnected. Why is this?

  I'm sure that there are defects of electronic power to your laptop. As you can see electronic is confused and the battery is not recognized correctly.

  In my opinion, you should contact the Service of your country partner and ask them what is the best way to solve this problem.

  I bought a replacement battery for my laptop that I got an error message saying that I should replace my battery.

  I bought a compatible battery, but it is not detected by my system.

  The battery indicator was strong when I plugged in for the first time in the power adapter, as it was when my old battery charge - but now it blinks in and out.

  I can't boot from the battery alone.

  Battery: PA3536U-1BRS, 4000mAh

  New: PA3536U-1BRS, 7800mAh

  Running windows 7.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  I guess you have worked only with battery and this message appears if the battery is empty and if the battery charge is necessary.
  In this case, you must connect the power adapter and charge the battery.

  PS: you can also try to change the alarm level of the battery at the lower level.

  I need a replacement for the battery, as the battery is not able to take even 10% fee.

  I live in Kolkata, Bengal, India... I talked with people in the HP Service Center and they told me to get a new battery.

  My laptop is a HP Pavilion e034tx 15, it has a battery of 6 cells PI06, 10.8 v - 47Whr. I enclose a snapshot below:

  

  I can't find this battery in all retail HP here in Calcutta, and the strange thing is, the Service Center HP told me that the new battery will cost Rs 6800/-(along with additional taxes) which is about US $102!

  But a strange thing is that, in the accessories page HP, the battery proposed for my laptop is the HP VI04, which does not yet fit in my laptop!

  

  Now, I'm kind of confused that I need the battery immediately, in order to continue my studies... What should I do? Help, please

  I'm happy enough to replace the CMOS / RTC on Satellite P100-423 battery because the device is out of warranty and the battery needs to be replaced.
  Le-423 is a build of Costco and not much found after the mandatory, manual Google and research forum.

  Can anyone recommend a type satisfying to do this, no clue on the former.

  I ask this question because as much as I know it is not possible on all s models and if it is replaceable you can find the specs on the battery itself if you disassemble the laptop.

  Normally, this battery can be charged if you leave the AC/DC adapter plugged in for 24 hours. Have you already tried?
