  If you are using Internet Explorer, check if the following option is enabled.

  a. Click Start, type "inetcpl.cpl" and press to enter.

  b. click on the Advanced tab.

  c. scroll down to see the multimedia section and make sure that "Play sounds in Web pages" option is selected.

  d. click ok to apply the changes and see if the problem still occurs.

  Method 2:

  If you're still faing the question, then you can try to run the sound troubleshooter and check what is happening.

  I don't know how else to describe what is happening except when I watch videos and listen to music, this glitch or buzzing sounds sound approximately every 10 seconds or more. I have done everything I know, search for possible viruses, reinstall the software. I'm not a geek, I use my Inspiron 1545 laptop for school, music and web, I do not so anything that's difficult.
