  But why is it so important? If you n t have any problems you can forget the driver updates. This is only necessary if something doesn't work properly.
  Theoretically the new drivers don t contains bug fixes and supports Atheros WLAN cards. Who knows?

I've updated the bios to-2,40 c. but it still does not work. Could someone help me with this problem, or finally to tell me what card network will work with this laptop to 100%. For now im using the pcmcia wifi network card, but I need to install the internal card.

  I bought a computer laptop satellite L100-179 wireless about 2.5 years ago.
  Last week I bought an Inter (R) PRO/Wireless 2915ABG Network Connection, this is an internal card!

  I installed the card and the latest drivers and the card worked properly under Device Manager
  When I tried to use the card after setting the wireless settings, I started to have problems.
